I actually found out from Google about this place. Always quick and fast service. Great deals on products. Very friendly and attentive associates. Associates always have a smile and are willing to help answer any questions or concerns you may have. Never had an issue with products bought. Would highly recommend.

I was first introduced by two phenomenal people at the door. The establishment is in excellent condition that one might just have a meal on the floor! The employees truly make it an experience to never forget. With great attitudes and smiles on their faces they might just make one person think they’re the president! Ha! They deliver customer service with quality and precision.Thank you Sylvia, Daniel, and Jaime for an amazing experience I’ll probably never forget. Take care y’all!

I went in today on a recommendation from my sister. Manny assisted me at the kiosk and answered all of my questions! He was amazing! Very customer focused and makes sure you get what you’re looking for! By far the easiest and best interaction I’ve had a dispensary! Will definitely be back!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Normally when I go into other dispensaries, it just feels like I’m doing something wrong- even though it’s legal now and everything it just doesn’t feel welcoming. For example, (again at OTHER dispensaries) it’s all of the unsmiling security at the front and people asking you questions and stuff. But at Ivy Hall it’s so welcoming and warm like in the best way. Every time I come in, the staff is friendly but they aren’t like on top of you the entire time you are there asking you questions and making you feel uncomfortable. And the security is so nice and welcoming- not scary like other places like it’s as if you are at the DMV.I love it here and I will only go to ivy hall for my needs. Also the Edie Parker line that you have in shop is SO CUTE. The disposables are perfect, they taste amazing and they are so discreet, the glass pieces are adorable. Thank you all for everything you do. 😊10/5 stars

AMAZING Place!! Coming from Colorado, the service was amazing!! The assistant manager went out of his way to help me & my daughter with their 'fancy' touchscreen ordering system & made sure we were happy with our decisions. Will definitely go back when we're in town!!

I was greeted with such warmth by the Security Guard and Front Desk Agent the moment I opened the door to the reception area. They quickly checked me in and I was then in Joseph's care. He was immediately perceptive as to what I was looking for and made excellent recommendations. We quickly found an option and he brought me over to the express checkout. Joseph also made sure I received all eligible discounts and truly made a memorable experience. If you are in the area, don't pass this place up and make sure to ask for Joseph!

Don’t waste your money on the flower…the Vera reserve banana breath was like smoking cigar tobacco…no smell, bad taste, not even a buzz from 3.5 grams. These people are selling potpourri. 1st and last purchase…I want my money back..highly irritated.
