If I could give less than one star, I absolutely would. I came in as a first time patient not knowing where to go who to give my ID to, and I felt like I was bothering everybody that was working, including the security guard out front. I myself work in retail, so I understand to somewhat of an extent, but I felt like my presence there was such a bother to everybody that was in that store. I went in to get a cannabis product that not many Illinois dispensaries have but now I will go well out of my way to not shop at this store.

First time customer there and I had called a few days ago and spoke to Jeremy about what I’m looking for and to see if they carry it and what the price was and he went above and beyond to help with everything. So today I call before I go in and I spoke to Dee and she was very helpful on the phone answering my questions so thank you for that. I get there and Jeremy was there and they had what I was looking for and at a great price so I was very happy not only with the service and price but with the positive energy there and will definitely go there again. I went the first time and they asked me for my driver's license, as I showed it to every customer, everything was fine!! I gave my details to become a member and they also gave me a 40% discount very satisfied.. I went shopping again today, at the entrance there was a different person from the first time a girl I give her my driver's license again which is Greek and with a hut as long as my visa is also valid in America.. and she didn't let me through, I explained to her that this shows my age, I'm 33 years old, I told her that I've shopped in their store again, that I've become a member and that they gave me a discount the first time and she didn't listen to anything ... she rudely lied to me that there are no members in their store just to not let me pass, and she asked me for my passport, I drove for an hour and left empty-handed and the store was closing in 20 minutes so I didn't have time to I'm going home and back again. and all this for no unacceptable reason,of course I won't go to this place again, I have options, I don't need you.

They used to have 30% off on all house products every Tuesday and stopped doing it for some weird reason when the place was packed and looked like the deal was bringing in good business... I haven't spent a penny here since and was a regular customer and I'm sure there are many more others like me who took their business elsewhere with much better deals for your buck.... Great job to whoever runs this place.... Oh and BTW, you can place an online order here only to drive there and find out they don't have your products 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️..... BUYERS HAVE BEEN WARNED.....

Went here for 4/20 deal they were giving gift cards for the first 100 people that walked into the door. I got a $10 gift card. During check out the guy that checked me out forgot to apply the $10 gift card. Not just that I bought TWO Stizzy disposables and BOTH came out defective and even tho I brought them back with the same barcode they sold me the cart they couldn’t replace. And gave me no way to basically compensate money thrown to the trash like the pens I bought. Terrible terrible customer service

My budtender was great!But, this is the second time I’ve had a negative experience with this place overall. Today, I was asked to remove my hoodie when I showed my ID. I put it back on after I did. The security guard was extremely loud and aggressive telling me I had to remove it for the store. First of all, I’ve been patronizing this location since they’ve opened and have NEVER been asked to do so until today (I cover my head for spiritual purposes on Wednesdays). I asked him if I had to remove it even for religious purposes, and security rolled his eyes and said “go ahead” with an attitude problem. Upon leaving, there was a white guy with a hoodie on and no one said ANYTHING to him!!! Needless to say, after 2 bad experiences, I’ll be spending my money at other dispensaries from now on.

He tries to find a way to make everything work and I can’t thank him enough and he damn near made me cry. He helped me out so much. Stopped in on 12/5/23 and have to say the customer service is one of the worst I have experienced. The individual behind counter was ignorant and being extremely rude. I can't say I will be telling anyone about this place as they don't seem to care. One day they are going to push the wrong person's button. If they worked on their customer service I'd come back but the meat puppet they had back their tonight just proves what I am saying. Sales agent 44998 needs to be giving unsupervised hernia checks at 26th and California.

They had a "glitch" in their system and cancelled ALL online orders and do nothing to help resolve the issue. The "manager" is useless and does not even try to keep her customers satisfied NOR work with them on an issue that is THEIR fault. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!ZEN LEAF is the place to go , they honor their screw ups and work with their customers to make sure they are happy.

This store is an absolute gem. The feeling of calm the moment you walk in is so welcoming. There are informative displays, comfy chairs with access to the menu, or standing computers to get in and out quickly. The staff has always been extremely helpful when I've had a question or asked for a recommendation. They treat everyone that walks in like a friend. I would say this is a store for everyone, since I've seen all ages shop along side me. Everyone leaves with a smile.

Picked up some rocky road for 33 after tax on Memorial Day! Jake and I had a great (we meet again moment) when I walked in. I knew I had seen him before but just not at cannabist! Turns out he is from another less cool dispensary near by. I’m glad I still get to come and see him from time to time he truly is a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable! THANK YOU JAKE FROM CANNABIST! This is honestly my store of choice! Good prices on non sale items and even better prices on sale items. And they do have the occasional 8 dollar 1gram pre roll deals! Crops and &shine are my go to brands to buy.
