I loved my visit at Trinity. i was very surprised due tot he fact that my birthday just passed a couple of weeks ago and when the girls at the Trinity noticed I had just had a brthday they gave me a very huge discount which put a big smile on my face becasue my order came out to be $5 yYES I DID SAY $5. I was totally shocked. Thank You again Trinity for a great Birthday gift.

I have gone to Trinity since I received my med cannabis card. All the employees have been knowledgeable and kind n do not hurry you all all.Things I don't like. That the new owners lowered our points from 8 points per $12.50 purchase to 5. That's a bad idea for a new owner cuttingpoints we accrue w our purchases not impressed Illinois has the highest priced in the United States!!!It's the staff that keep me going back. Great staff

Trinity has GREAT prices, quality flower, and something for just about everyone! The staff are always so friendly, but my most recent experience with Yvonne was exceptionally great! Store was very busy and not one time did the smile and energetic personality waiver. She is awesome and went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I wanted. At one point I apologized for taking so long placing the order and she assured me she was there to make sure I had the best experience. That made me feel great. And the Bedford Grow flower she recommended is fire! I'll most certainly be back for more!

Just want to start off this review by saying I've never had a bad experience at Trinity. I typically don't do reviews but the courtesy, patience, and knowledge this young lady had blew me away!! And to see she is new is so surprising to me. I came in having the worst day ever and this young lady's energy was so beautiful. Keith usually helps me so i was dissapointed to hear he was off this particular visit. She turned my entire mood around and recommended me some of the best flower I've ever had! Her name is Yvonne, she works up front and if you aren't sure what you're looking for I promise she can help you find the perfect order. Look forward to my next visit!! Thank you so much Yvonne!

When I started out going to Trinity, I have to say they were very helpful, informative and had a nice selection. I was so happy with them that I gave them a bunch of business. But they don’t stand behind their promotions. I accumulated approximately $700 worth of promotion bucks. I like to save them up for Christmas. So, back in December, I walked in and placed an order and informed them that I had some bonus bucks for the purchase. They told me that they don’t know what happened, but I had $0 in bonus. No notice, no e-mail informing me, no nothing. I asked to have a manager contact me, and I have called back three times asking for a manager to contact me. I have received nothing. No calls, no correspondence.Be careful with Trinity. They don’t stand behind their promotions.

Friendly staff, great products. I really enjoyed the peanut butter chocolate edible bars. Very consistent on dosage. I’ve only had some bad bud a few times but who hasn’t.I like their reward program on your birthday you get $20 off of anything in the store.Great location. Next to some good food joints 😂

I've been to over half the dispensaries in our state and Trinity remains my favorite. The staff is amazing and has remained consistent for many years. They still take meaningful care of patients even with having expanded into adult use. Thanks for making me so proud of my hometown dispensary.

There’s honestly not enough stars!! I have been a medical patient here since 2020 & I don’t wanna go anywhere else but Trinity Compassionate Care 🖤💖🥰!! They are knowledgeable and helpful and kind! Shannon will help you with the application process from beginning to end! Keith is sweet and kind! Sherry is awesome! I don’t know anyone else’s name but I do know that I have Never had any problems here!! I will definitely be back!!

Great budtenders and staff that are highly knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent selection, as well as daily & weekly deals. I'm grateful for the ease of shopping and ordering online for same day pickup. And, I love that debit & credit cards are now accepted even with the extra $5 fee for use.
