I would've given 5 cause I love the store and the promotions it offers. I'm only giving three because whether or not you're attended to properly is based on who is at work at the time. Some of them greet you properly and are extremely professional and others like today are not. I've never actually waited this long and wasn't even spoken too upon entering the back.

i always have such great service going into Trinity on University Ave! everyone is always so so so nice, speed of service is phenomenal, and when i went in for my birthday today, it was no exception😍 Tasha and Ken served me today and they are just the sweetest! i don’t think i’ve seen them before, but it didn’t matter. they had such kind words to say for my birthday, and it was only an added plus that Tasha’s earrings were super cute too😂😂❤️❤️

Can vary on who's working. Usually real good but just recently it was an absolute joke. Medical and he sent me in the recreational way because "there were too many in medical". Yet he sent over 6 people into the medical side while I watched everyone be helped. Really need to have at least someone for the rec side. No one should have to wait there completely ignored for that long. Again, it's usually really good. But I've found it depends on who's working. When I was helped the guy was really really nice and cool though.

Edit: Trinity reached out to my bf and finally fixed the situation and made it right.They have a rewards program. My bf has been having issues with it He's not getting rewards. They have told him multiple times that its fixed. Its still not. They were very rude today when he asked again what they can do to fix it. Both the bud tender and the manager were very rude and unhelpful and acted like he did something wrong. He even offered to let them delete his account a restart it since they are having issues fixing it and they wouldn't do that either. So they are just taking his money and he's not getting te rewards promised. They have taken no steps to fix it and have offered no solutions. I would take my business elsewhere

We would love more of an atmosphere like the non medical places are. Just because you've been there forever, it doesn't mean you run the place. Bring on the products to see. Give your employees product and training, and then maybe quiz the one with the extra eye makeup. "I don't know", is always an option when answering. We can find out together. The waiting room seems a little like a joke, but I guess it works. No photos. Thanks for paving the way. Maybe now it's time to freshen up the building and staff. 😉

That the new owners lowered our points from 8 points per $12.50 purchase to 5. Trinity has GREAT prices, quality flower, and something for just about everyone! The staff are always so friendly, but my most recent experience with Yvonne was exceptionally great! Store was very busy and not one time did the smile and energetic personality waiver. She is awesome and went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I wanted. At one point I apologized for taking so long placing the order and she assured me she was there to make sure I had the best experience. That made me feel great. And the Bedford Grow flower she recommended is fire! I'll most certainly be back for more!

And to see she is new is so surprising to me. I came in having the worst day ever and this young lady's energy was so beautiful. Keith usually helps me so i was dissapointed to hear he was off this particular visit. She turned my entire mood around and recommended me some of the best flower I've ever had! When I started out going to Trinity, I have to say they were very helpful, informative and had a nice selection. I was so happy with them that I gave them a bunch of business. But they don’t stand behind their promotions. I accumulated approximately $700 worth of promotion bucks. I like to save them up for Christmas. So, back in December, I walked in and placed an order and informed them that I had some bonus bucks for the purchase. They told me that they don’t know what happened, but I had $0 in bonus. No notice, no e-mail informing me, no nothing. I asked to have a manager contact me, and I have called back three times asking for a manager to contact me. I have received nothing. No calls, no correspondence.Be careful with Trinity. They don’t stand behind their promotions.
