I love this place. Today was my first experience in this dispensary and it was great. Olivia was my sales rep and was very knowledgeable and did a really good job telling me about the products and a good job giving me a tour. She was real sweet. She offered a lot of discounts and I even got one for my belated birthday. This place was awesome and I would definitely go back. A definite 5 star rating. I'd recommend highly. Very clean inside too.

Dropped in on Sunday and it was a joy! The woman working at the desk (sorry, I didn’t catch her name) was super friendly and gave us a heads up on some of the deals taking place that day. We worked with LeNaia inside and she was amazing - super helpful and knowledgeable. I usually get overwhelmed and feel a little anxious at dispensaries but I felt so welcome and comfortable at Ivy Hall and I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

Made my first trip to Ivy Hall this afternoon and had a fantastic experience! Nay Nay (LeNaia) was so kind, understanding and very well educated about the vast assortment of superb products being offered for sale. I was extremely impressed by the staff's professionalism and friendliness. I will be returning and referring friends as well!

Not an in store experience, but I met some Ivy Hall employees at a booth for the Peoria Makers Art Market and they were all wonderful! Super friendly and had lots of cute merchandise to look at- plus I got a sample after playing the game they had set up. I forgot my bag at the table and one of the employees even found me to give it back. Check them out if you get the chance! (photo featuring the sample + rescued items) 🙂

This place is incredible! Absolutely beautiful, welcoming, easy to order with help from staff. The whole staff was welcoming and helpful. Trell made my first visit fun, informative and easy! Ivy hall was my go to dispensary while in Peoria! I loved being able to shop multiple brands under one roof in comparison to Floridas medical marijuana program. Everyone was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and willing to help me make great selections! Take advantage of the sales or become a medical patient because the tax of not doing so in that state makes it nearly unaffordable.

Ivy Hall has provided the best experiences for me! My best experience by far with them was recently on their 420 extravaganza! I was lucky enough to win an amazing prize! I won a Grassroots bundle with a Zenco Duo, a grassroots goodie bag and box, and 7 grams a Singapore sling. They had my prize delivered with expedited shipping. They kept in close contact with me so I was never left wondering or hanging. They have the best customer service. Friendly atmosphere; the front desk woman was very helpful and welcoming and a delight to talk to. The guys inside also seemed to be genuinely friendly, and my sales consultant Tim was able to share his thoughts on some of the amazing products I purchased. The prices were also excellent when compared to other local establishments, and I'm looking forward to my next trip back.3rd trip was still awesome, so friendly and I won a free pre-roll; not sure if it was from winning the mini-basketball game or because one of the associates liked my Twister pin so much, but I'll take it!
