Stopped by here to buy a dab pen when customer service reps at the register checked my ID and said she couldn't accept it because it was *too damaged* the only main damage was a little bit of the plastic on the corner and they told me they couldn't accept me in. The rep then asked for her Manager who rudely looked at my ID and smirked and said they couldn't accept it. Im like are u kidding me. I left and went straight to trinitys and they looked at it and let me in. I will not be coming back to ivy hall ever again. Rude customer service 😤 Go to trinitys they got a better weed selection.

Today I met with Kara or Cara (not sure how to spell it so I do apologize) she was dressed as a goth possibly vampire I forgot to ask. She was so funny i give her 11/10 and everyone else there too.

She even helped my wife with a product for pain management that neither of us had ever heard of.There are a lot of good dispensaries around Peoria but this one is great.

used to be the go to for the goods but the passed couple times ruined it. last time the heavier set gentleman was super friendly at the door again but then the girl at the counter was very rude and very snobby. asked about concentrates and she talked down to me and looked bored. new to some of this and just wanted to make sure i knew what i was in for. almost walked out. i asked the girl at reception what her name was and i think she said bethany or brittany. really doubt ill be back again unless i get zee again.

In the past, this dispensary has been my go-to for products. Consistent Top-notch service.The last two times I have stopped in, however, were less than good. The name on my ID matches the legal name in their system, but the nickname/preferred name does not. At least it didn’t until about two months ago.My preferred name is the name I go by everywhere. It even displayed on their digital menus when I’d check in. Their digital menus now reflect my legal name, which I did not ask for. When this concern was brought up, the first time I was reassured that this would be fixed. Stopped by yesterday, and it wasn’t. I brought this up and was told that there was nothing they can do to change what the digital menus show. There seems to be a lack of communication and understanding amongst staff.I cannot patron an establishment that is unable to accommodate its customers in order to keep them safe, especially when it has to do with its Transgender customers.Update- I was contacted about this.

Kudos to Ivy Hall Dispensary - Peoria! 👎🏻If you ever go to Ivy Hall I’m sure you’ve met my wonderful, friendly and loving boyfriend, Tim, who you sadly won’t be seeing anymore! Second in sales for December, and since opening has made the company over $750,000, yet management lowers morale by telling the store they’re still not actually making any money.Tim has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication, attending Ivy Hall volunteer events, covering shifts for his manager, Alex Penwitt, and colleagues, NUMEROUS times, enabling his manager Alex to attend to personal matters and addressing gaps in coverage. Alex bends rules when it suites him, but looks down on employees when they follow his actions. He received 200+ responses on Indeed while hiring for the holidays, he ignored them all because he was overwhelmed, deleted them and interviewed a few random people walking in who seemed “cool”. When they draw raffles at Ivy, he picks what sounds “cool”, not at random, as is supposed to be. Doesn’t seem very fair… 🤔• In comparison, assistant manager Z, is a pure example of great leadership. • ⭐️Despite Tim’s unwavering commitment, he was subjected to intense scrutiny when he required time off due to overwork and sickness, like everyone else.Following a single, isolated discrepancy at work, his manager, who has repeatedly exploited his goodwill, and treats employees like crap when things don’t go his way, used him through Christmas, one of the busiest times of the year, and terminated him on the day after Christmas.On his way out, general manager Alex also mentioned that his management skills (or lackthereof) isn’t the problem, and that Tim has something wrong with him. Wow! Then declined his time off, after firing him, with the comment “na”, knowing he would see it.Now we are spending the day after Christmas filing for his unemployment. This decision is a shocking display of ingratitude to someone who was deeply invested in his role and eager to advance within the company. Blessings in disguise.Merry Christmas, Ivy Hall Dispensary!

I love this place. Today was my first experience in this dispensary and it was great. Olivia was my sales rep and was very knowledgeable and did a really good job telling me about the products and a good job giving me a tour. She was real sweet. She offered a lot of discounts and I even got one for my belated birthday. This place was awesome and I would definitely go back. A definite 5 star rating. I'd recommend highly. Very clean inside too.

Dropped in on Sunday and it was a joy! The woman working at the desk (sorry, I didn’t catch her name) was super friendly and gave us a heads up on some of the deals taking place that day. We worked with LeNaia inside and she was amazing - super helpful and knowledgeable. I usually get overwhelmed and feel a little anxious at dispensaries but I felt so welcome and comfortable at Ivy Hall and I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

Not an in store experience, but I met some Ivy Hall employees at a booth for the Peoria Makers Art Market and they were all wonderful! Super friendly and had lots of cute merchandise to look at- plus I got a sample after playing the game they had set up. I forgot my bag at the table and one of the employees even found me to give it back. Check them out if you get the chance! (photo featuring the sample + rescued items) 🙂

Ivy hall was my go to dispensary while in Peoria! I loved being able to shop multiple brands under one roof in comparison to Floridas medical marijuana program. Everyone was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and willing to help me make great selections! Take advantage of the sales or become a medical patient because the tax of not doing so in that state makes it nearly unaffordable.

I won a Grassroots bundle with a Zenco Duo, a grassroots goodie bag and box, and 7 grams a Singapore sling. They had my prize delivered with expedited shipping. They kept in close contact with me so I was never left wondering or hanging. They have the best customer service. The guys inside also seemed to be genuinely friendly, and my sales consultant Tim was able to share his thoughts on some of the amazing products I purchased. The prices were also excellent when compared to other local establishments, and I'm looking forward to my next trip back.3rd trip was still awesome, so friendly and I won a free pre-roll; not sure if it was from winning the mini-basketball game or because one of the associates liked my Twister pin so much, but I'll take it!
