Every time I come in I’m warmly greeted by all staff, everyone is having a lot of fun on their shifts and involving the customers in on it too. Great place, great product, great vibes, great people.i adore every single one of your employees, you can’t ever fire them!! It’s challenging to find places that employees enjoy their jobs, each other, and their customers. I could go to a few closer places, but I don’t. When they first opened up they didn't have much of an inventory. That's always going to happens with new business of course. But now they have so much stuff to choose from! Always have deals and they have a rewards program. The security at the entrance is so professional and courteous that I never feel uncomfortable coming in. Everyone on staff is nice and the staff on the floor are always making sure everyone who needs help gets it. The displays are great and the shop is super clean. Love this place! Best thing to happen to waukegan since I've been here!!!

When this place first open the staff was kind and pretty friendly. The last 3 times I recently went staff was not so friendly they seemed a bit cranky. They pick and choose to tell which person when items are 1 cent for the first 50/100 customers or when they have free give aways , they also have an express lane for customers who purchase online which they don’t use properly they literally can see you standing in the express lane an dis acknowledge that and tell the other customers In the none express lane to come forward, what’s the point of having an express if it’s not being used properly. The need better management on the floor observing what their staff is doing so they can be corrected of their actions. Places like these should be easy going especially because it’s a cannabis store.
