You walk in and everyone is so nice. Even the customers are beyond nice. Working customer service is difficult these days. It’s nice seeing a staff that hasn’t let the grind burn them out.

Went to stop at Starbucks/Nirvana but Starbucks was closed due to the storm (understandable). Saw Nirvana was open but the lot looked like it hadn’t been plowed or salted once today! No way was my car going to make it through the inches of snow successfully so had to take the L. If you’re going to remain open during a major snowstorm the very least you have to do is make sure your lot/walkway is clear for customers and employees to safely drive/walk through.

I'm editing my review after going here a couple months. I see now how all these dispensaries are just scams. This place has had the same months-old ounces for sale since I started going. They make all their money charging novices up to 100 dollars for eights of weed and charge double price for a few extra %thc that you cant feel anyway. that shouldnt even be legal. Prices have come down in recent years but dispensaries still have a LONG way to go to compete with the black market. Good in a pinch but to find the very best you still need to know people.
