Purchased 3.5 grams of infused shake and the product they gave me had the weight blacked out and when I wiped away the black marker it said 1.75 grams inside of the package was definitely not 3.5 grams when I came to speak to a manager about the clear mistake they said I will have to email and wait 48 hours for a response. Why do I have to wait for what seems like a clear mistake on the dispensaries part this dispensary is actively stealing from their customers and when you bring this to their attention they cannot do anything to correct the mistake on the spot even with proof of the discrepancy in person. Hopefully they resolve my issue but for now this dispensary has literally stolen my money.

Me and my wife have been members since they have opened and are on a first name basis with the managers Mike and Ashley, but today less than 20 minutes ago me and my wife when there after grocery shopping at Pete's I was waiting outside in the building next store drive way with our groceries then a tall white guy with an afro and a security shirt came out of consume and yells at me you can't beg here and you can't come inside.......me being astounded froze for at least a minute not believing what just occured then I finally came to and said excuse me my wife is inside then he shook his head and scrambled back in side so fast. Like are you kidding me don't even know what to do because this place has always been out favorite but now if that's how employees are going to treat paying customers I don't know what to think shameful to say the least!!!!

All of my experiences at consume are amazing! Whether the line is short or long, the sales reps will work with you to find the best product for you! They are all very knowledgeable and if they haven’t tried a product, odds are someone on the shift has and can give you some insight. They always have great deals and public events to draw in customers and it works! Their daily deals are incomparable in this area. If you’re looking for the best bang for your budget, this is the place to go! Not to mention their awesome rewards program. I have only good things to say about every staff member I’ve interacted with in the last 2 years.

Get an ID scanner already. All the other dispensary’s are up with the times but consume insists on wasting our time with dumb questions about our ID. Buy an ID scanner I guarantee you’ll catch more fakes than the amateur way you guys are doing it now. Other than that it’s okay. Prices are high compared to nearby stores and sales are lacking compared to Cannabist (the closest competing dispensary). Overall annoying to visit and nothing special to offer.Good parking lot though

I absolutely had a great experience here with the budtender (not sure how to spell his name, but he said his name is "Hi-Doe") He was extremely knowledgeable with concentrates (my new fave) and pretty much gave me a mini crash course on different concentrates' consistencies, which i found very helpful. His recommendations were on point and he was super friendly. Can't wait to go back!

I came close to closing and had to go home with full priced item because employee made mistake and “they didn’t do it anymore “ I could have gone a million other places if you ask me I’d never come back!! Love this dispensary every time I go in! I never have a bad experience as the staff is very nice, and people like Brittney (many others too that I appreciate), are very helpful. I have had one-two very minor issues with products (out of their control), and they have had no problem with replacing the product and even throwing in a little extra! Very little wait time as well as the service is super fast.

The entire staff made sure I felt very welcome as soon as I walked in (which doesn’t always happen at dispensaries, sometimes you get a look like “why are you even here?”) and my first experience at consume was GREAT. I’ll be back for sure. Also, I’m not sure who ran my posters outside to me when I forgot them, but whoever it was, thank you SO much! they were a last minute Christmas gift to a friend, so they were super important. Parking is easy and it’s typically a quick in and out if you preorder. Im more of a order online and pickup as I don’t often need too much help, I know what I like. But like any dispensary these days, staff is knowledgeable and can point you in the right direction if you’re new to cannabis.

This is my favorite dispensary in the whole state of illinois. This is the only dispensary where I feel welcomed and the workers are so polite and very attentive to anything you need. I have never felt so respected before at any other dispensary except this place. I never feel rushed they let you take your time they treat you like actual human beings. Any other dispensary I've been to I just don't like any other one but this place only. They have the best prices they have the highest THC for really good great cheap prices. I drive about 35 minutes to get there but it's worth the drive. I will not go to any other dispensary except this one this is the best one ever.
