Buy your accessories elsewhere (or all of your business). Customer service is a joke. I got a defective battery, receipt in hand - took it back 2 days after I bought it to exchange it. Nope. Jump through hoops. E-mail us. Send us a video showing how/why it isn't working. Scan your receipt. Wait days for approval. But don't worry, in the mean time, they will e-mail you multiple times to tell you how "you time is important" and "we're looking into this quickly" and "We're so sorry for the inconvenience." Yeah, okay.This was a straightforward customer service issue that took days to resolve. All the fluffy words don't mean ANYTHING in e-mail when there's slow action behind them. This could have been corrected in a literal 5 min interaction with a person, not days over e-mail.Don't waste your time. Go somewhere else.

Rec only but do give medical discount and they don't charge state tax on medical. I bought a "generic" brand cartridge because of the rare, classic strain of Maui Wowie. Works great but being generic, it's flavors are terpene infused. It's not made from the actual strain of flower.

Staff is friendly and welcoming as you walk in the door. Sometimes there are small lines but that's usually at the end of the night when there are end on night specials. Everyone at counter is helpful and informative. Love this place. Great deals when you sign up for Charter Membership, no cost just great sales. Definitely will be back. They have items I've bot seen before which makes it a fun shopping trip.

Got a coupon for a free pre-roll with $50 purchase (no mention of specific brand or restrictions). Asked if there was only a certain brand it was good for and person didn’t know so she went and asked manager. After speaking to manager she came back and gave me two options. Time for checkout and all the sudden those options aren’t valid. Funny part is the brand that they claimed it was good for they didn’t even have. Manager raised her voice at me rather than trying to come to a resolution. Absolutely disgusted with how they handled the situation. I will continue to spend hundreds of dollars every couple weeks at ANY other dispensary than IVY Hall.
