Pretty solid dispensary. if you see a young manwith dreads who looks perpetually lit but very happy to be helping you... That's the tender you want to choose. His name is Austin and he has forgotten more about cannabis than you or I will ever know. I mean it. This is the best tender in the Quad Cities. This guy knows his stuff.Aside from that it's just a nice store. Clean, friendly, decent amount of product, decent prices with taxes listed up front which is nice.

The management team had to step up and take care of one of the bud tenders that freaked out because they weren't up to date or current about the whole tax included change. Long story short management handled it properly and made things right. Hopefully they don't go through this many more times during this website tax included switch up. Other then that it's a great dispo, 99% of the time it's friendly faces just trying to get you the best stuff for you. Definitely would recommend if they aren't doing a company wide change and some of the employees aren't on-board yet. Oh at the bottom it says include the atmosphere, It's pretty much the same as all dispos. Nothing special or to write home about. It's some walls and some neon signs with some display cases and counter. And now it's asking about the product selection, theybalways have an abundance of flower, concentrates, and edibles. Anyone would be happy to go take a look at what they have. Flower quality is good, concentrates are also good just very, very pricey. Cheers yall.

I was referred here by my brother and a couple of friends because Terrace supposedly had better deals than NTI and free stuff for being a first time customer. None of that was true for me. The product I purchased was the same quality but higher price point. For that reason, I won't be back.Businesses need to stop thinking that charging the most for a product is the smart solution because offering lower prices would actually create competition in the market, increase foot traffic, and get the businesses to actually compete for consumers.

Natures treatment was very busy and they had no customers so I thought I would try Terrace Cannabis out. Here’s my honest review:When I pulled up I was the only customer. I walked in and the guard was very friendly and let me know about some specials. He gets 5 stars. He buzzed me in and I immediately liked the bright openness of the room. The problem was there were no employees. I walked around saying, “hello?” For a good 30 seconds before I thought I would just use their computer kiosk and look at the selection. The kiosks did not respond to touch. I tried on 3 of them and none of them responded when I touched them.I looked around again for help and no one was there. So I decided to leave.As I’m leaving, the sole budtender came in from smoking. She was very nice and apologized. It’s not her fault they only have 1 person working, she gets 5 stars. She walked me over to a kiosk that is not behind their desk and the first one didn’t work, but the second she did worked.I found something I wanted that was priced at $55.I went back to her section and told her what I wanted. I was charged $62 which significantly more. Either there posted prices are fraudulent or they don’t include tax. Either one is lame.Then I went to leave and saw a manager come out from the office behind the reflective window. Where was he when I was wandering around asking for help?Natures treatment is right next door and even when they're busy I get in and out about as fast. Can’t imagine what it would be like if I wasn’t the only customer.

Customer service is always willing to help customers when they don’t understand the deals or the prices. He’s very outgoing well spoken always willing to help and he’s a loving and caring brother, and a best friend to me, and if I would recommend this place to anybody, I would recommend them trying to talk to Austin H because he’s just outgoing when it comes to his customers and he always tries to get them to smile and leave his store happy as they can be a really good worker is always there to help and always willing to help others when they’re having problems at work or if they’re down and just need somebody to talk to he’s always there to help. Prices are high here. I only come here when I have to. The wait time is slow even if you order online. This place has an atmosphere that makes everyone anxious to leave. Like standing in line at a bank except worse...The sad budtender never acknowledges the tips I give them so I don't know why I give them tips. I mean a simple thanks would be appreciated. All of the budtenders are very sweet and helpful. Although, their resolutions for bad experiences is awful. I went in on 4/20 and the computers were being slow, which was 1000% out of their control. But after 2.5 hours of waiting in line, online orders who had been in store for 30 minutes or less were served before anyone else. When this was brought to the attention of the manager on duty, he was very rude and told us that “that’s just how it works.”Due to the computers being down, some of their free deals for the holiday were not processing in the computer. Specifically, a free battery with a pod. I asked the budtender if it was something that I could come back at a later date to pick up since it would not ring in correctly, and he assured me that that was an option. I came back in the following Friday. When I asked about the battery, I brought my receipt and explained what I was told. The same manager from 4/20 came out with the budtender and told me that only the Reps from brands give things out for free and I would just have to come back when they were there. I re-explained my story and was only met with “I can’t help you with that.” I probably could’ve tried to fight my case more but didn’t see the point after all of that.

The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable on the products that you are purchasing. The ability to order online is a convenient way to shop and get on your way in a hurry. The place is very modern, with a no-nonsense business-like atmosphere. You wouldn't believe that Aldis used to be in this location and I'm glad that this building that has sat vacant for years has a fresh lease on life. I have had some issues understanding how the loyalty program works but after speaking with the staff on my second visit they were able to clearly explain the mechanics of the program. I also believe the prices to be in line with other dispensaries in our state. Overall, I believe this will be my permanent dispensary of choice.

I’ve been going to Terrace Cannabis regularly since I’ve temporarily returned to the Quad Cities, last time I lived here was in 2020 and NTI was the only option. It’s nice to finally have more variety in the QC, especially located on the Avenue of the Cities next to 7-11.. Perfect spot!Can’t take photos of this place for obvious reasons, but they’re always very fast, very polite, spacious inside and out. No Card acceptance yet but there’s an ATM so that’s fine. Price-wise they’re about average to most places.If you’re in town and wanna grab some flower power, check em out!

This is the second time me and my girlfriend have been to Terrace and we love it. The vibe, the atmosphere, and the staff definitely bring a friendly and accommodating attitude. Gotta give all the love and credit to BZ, he really made sure to give us a good explanation of the product and how they affect you, but what stuck out the most. He remembered us from our last visit and even remembered details about our last visit to help us decide on what we wanted this time. We are definitely coming back to see BZ for more products.

Every time I go in and try to ask about the loyalty program, my points never show up. The staff I deal with are always polite so that bumps the stars up, but that's about the only positive thing I can say. The prices are still pretty high and I used to go in for the early bird discount, but I guess that was discontinued, because I stopped receiving it. I understand it's still a new business and I'll continue to give Terrace some more chances to see how they improve. The polite staff will at least have me coming back! Can't say enough positive things about them!

Terrace Cannabis just seemed to have a more welcoming feel to it, though. I was right. The entire staff was so wonderful and helpful. I went in having zero idea what I wanted. The fact that the prices are not clearly stated online makes it very difficult to be prepared when you get to the store. Then you can't call anybody nobody answers the phone nobody returns your call. The loyalty program that they have so far to me has been a complete joke. I was supposed to get fifty percent off for referring somebody, A code was sent and they came out and said that I did it wrong! So I didn't get to use the fifty percent off...... Then on top That after joining the loyalty program i'm not getting any points for my purchases. Be prepared to have taxes added to your order so it will cost you who knows how much..... Maybe your experience will be different than mine but who knows...... overall it's like walking into a casino gambling your money away.I gave an extra star out of respect for the people I know that work here. That's my loyalty reward to those peeps.

I've visited many times since opening.Today I had a pretty frustrating experience with the new online ordering line system. When I got there, the greeter let me know that you can 'skip the line' by using the left side online order line. When I got there 1 patron (couple) was waiting in the online order line. I got behind them. Another patron arrived a couple minutes after me and got in line in the regular line.The couple in front of me was correctly prompted for service when available. The next employee that was available was totally unaware of who got in what line first and called over the other patron that arrived after me.I can understand how this happens and I'm sure it was an honest mistake. This review in the spirit of demonstrating that maybe the new system needs clarification or just needs to executed more strictly. Today; I shouldn't have ordered online at all and I would have gotten faster service for it.

This is actually the first dispensary I have been to and it was a unique experience. The person I was with told me this place has a less prison atmosphere then the other local dispensary 😂. I recently moved from California, where getting this stuff delivered is very simple.They had a lot of friendly counter people, far more than they needed when I was there, but you can't complain about that!I was hoping to find Stiiizy pods (THE REAL ONES, not the weak ones they sell at local vape shops)... I am a bit mystified why they seem to be selling Stiiizy batteries but no pods?UPDATE: Plus one star. They now have a SMALL selection of REAL Stiiizy pods and while still too expensive, Terrace's recreational prices are less than NTI's medical prices.

I'm gonna be honest. Nice/friendly greeter when entering. Staff very very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Jeremiah was super helpful and understood what I was looking for in a product. The store itself is a nice open floor design and airy. Fun uplifting music was playing and everyone seemed in good spirits. The only thing holding me back from giving a solid 5 stars is... they are new and the learning curve is still going on. I look forward to returning and watching a new business grow. Keep it up!

I've been using Terrace pretty consistently over the past 6-7 months. Very clean, bright and chill atmosphere. Bud tenders are all pretty cool, Molly blows it out of the water every time. She is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

I never been to this store, but I’ve been to stores where Austin H has worked before and he has very good. Customer service is always willing to help customers when they don’t understand the deals or the prices. He’s very outgoing well spoken always willing to help and he’s a loving and caring brother, and a best friend to me, and if I would recommend this place to anybody, I would recommend them trying to talk to Austin H because he’s just outgoing when it comes to his customers and he always tries to get them to smile and leave his store happy as they can be a really good worker is always there to help and always willing to help others when they’re having problems at work or if they’re down and just need somebody to talk to he’s always there to help. Prices are high here. I only come here when I have to. The wait time is slow even if you order online. This place has an atmosphere that makes everyone anxious to leave. Like standing in line at a bank except worse...The sad budtender never acknowledges the tips I give them so I don't know why I give them tips. I mean a simple thanks would be appreciated. They must make too much money already.

All of the budtenders are very sweet and helpful. Although, their resolutions for bad experiences is awful. I went in on 4/20 and the computers were being slow, which was 1000% out of their control. But after 2.5 hours of waiting in line, online orders who had been in store for 30 minutes or less were served before anyone else. When this was brought to the attention of the manager on duty, he was very rude and told us that “that’s just how it works.”Due to the computers being down, some of their free deals for the holiday were not processing in the computer. Specifically, a free battery with a pod. I asked the budtender if it was something that I could come back at a later date to pick up since it would not ring in correctly, and he assured me that that was an option. I came back in the following Friday. When I asked about the battery, I brought my receipt and explained what I was told. The same manager from 4/20 came out with the budtender and told me that only the Reps from brands give things out for free and I would just have to come back when they were there. I re-explained my story and was only met with “I can’t help you with that.” I probably could’ve tried to fight my case more but didn’t see the point after all of that.

The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable on the products that you are purchasing. The ability to order online is a convenient way to shop and get on your way in a hurry. The place is very modern, with a no-nonsense business-like atmosphere. You wouldn't believe that Aldis used to be in this location and I'm glad that this building that has sat vacant for years has a fresh lease on life. I have had some issues understanding how the loyalty program works but after speaking with the staff on my second visit they were able to clearly explain the mechanics of the program. I also believe the prices to be in line with other dispensaries in our state. Overall, I believe this will be my permanent dispensary of choice.

I’ve been going to Terrace Cannabis regularly since I’ve temporarily returned to the Quad Cities, last time I lived here was in 2020 and NTI was the only option. It’s nice to finally have more variety in the QC, especially located on the Avenue of the Cities next to 7-11.. Perfect spot!Can’t take photos of this place for obvious reasons, but they’re always very fast, very polite, spacious inside and out. No Card acceptance yet but there’s an ATM so that’s fine. Price-wise they’re about average to most places.If you’re in town and wanna grab some flower power, check em out!

It was my first visit to Terrace and it was very positive! The woman at the front desk was very kind and informed me about the loyalty program. I talked with Alyoia (I apologize if I misspelled her name) and she was fantastic! I told her my budget, what I’m looking for, and if she has any recommendations. She helped me so much and I enjoyed the conversation we had when checking out. I will be coming back here again and recommending to anyone to visit Terrace.

When we went tonight I had ordered online and Jeremiah helped us. He was so nice, explained things and answers all our questions. The vibe in the store is spectacular. This is the second time me and my girlfriend have been to Terrace and we love it. The vibe, the atmosphere, and the staff definitely bring a friendly and accommodating attitude. Gotta give all the love and credit to BZ, he really made sure to give us a good explanation of the product and how they affect you, but what stuck out the most. He remembered us from our last visit and even remembered details about our last visit to help us decide on what we wanted this time. We are definitely coming back to see BZ for more products.

Every time I go in and try to ask about the loyalty program, my points never show up. The staff I deal with are always polite so that bumps the stars up, but that's about the only positive thing I can say. The prices are still pretty high and I used to go in for the early bird discount, but I guess that was discontinued, because I stopped receiving it. I understand it's still a new business and I'll continue to give Terrace some more chances to see how they improve. The polite staff will at least have me coming back! Can't say enough positive things about them!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this dispensary. I've heard some weird stories about other local dispensaries which made me never want to go to one. Terrace Cannabis just seemed to have a more welcoming feel to it, though. I was right. The entire staff was so wonderful and helpful. I went in having zero idea what I wanted. I left with exactly what I needed. I've already been back twice since my initial visit and that will continue.

The fact that the prices are not clearly stated online makes it very difficult to be prepared when you get to the store. Then you can't call anybody nobody answers the phone nobody returns your call. The loyalty program that they have so far to me has been a complete joke. I was supposed to get fifty percent off for referring somebody, A code was sent and they came out and said that I did it wrong! So I didn't get to use the fifty percent off...... Then on top That after joining the loyalty program i'm not getting any points for my purchases. Be prepared to have taxes added to your order so it will cost you who knows how much..... Maybe your experience will be different than mine but who knows...... overall it's like walking into a casino gambling your money away.I gave an extra star out of respect for the people I know that work here. That's my loyalty reward to those peeps.

This review has the chance to be updated to 5 stars.I want to love this place. They are within walking distance, have good prices, a nice store, and friendly staff. I've visited many times since opening.Today I had a pretty frustrating experience with the new online ordering line system. When I got there, the greeter let me know that you can 'skip the line' by using the left side online order line. When I got there 1 patron (couple) was waiting in the online order line. I got behind them. Another patron arrived a couple minutes after me and got in line in the regular line.The couple in front of me was correctly prompted for service when available. The next employee that was available was totally unaware of who got in what line first and called over the other patron that arrived after me.I can understand how this happens and I'm sure it was an honest mistake. This review in the spirit of demonstrating that maybe the new system needs clarification or just needs to executed more strictly. Today; I shouldn't have ordered online at all and I would have gotten faster service for it.

This is actually the first dispensary I have been to and it was a unique experience. The person I was with told me this place has a less prison atmosphere then the other local dispensary 😂. I recently moved from California, where getting this stuff delivered is very simple.They had a lot of friendly counter people, far more than they needed when I was there, but you can't complain about that!I was hoping to find Stiiizy pods (THE REAL ONES, not the weak ones they sell at local vape shops)... I am a bit mystified why they seem to be selling Stiiizy batteries but no pods?UPDATE: Plus one star. They now have a SMALL selection of REAL Stiiizy pods and while still too expensive, Terrace's recreational prices are less than NTI's medical prices.

I'm gonna be honest. Nice/friendly greeter when entering. Staff very very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Jeremiah was super helpful and understood what I was looking for in a product. The store itself is a nice open floor design and airy. Fun uplifting music was playing and everyone seemed in good spirits. The only thing holding me back from giving a solid 5 stars is... they are new and the learning curve is still going on. I look forward to returning and watching a new business grow. Keep it up!
