My friend and I were helped by 'George'. We are two old ladies and had questions. He was extremely kind, patient and fun!! Update!!! My Bedtime Betties kept me up all night and my friend said her 'candy' was gross. This being said, I thought her candy - the cookies and cream cups were pretty good IMO.

When I approached the counter the woman who helped me was extremely helpful, and also informed me that since this was my first time at Curaleaf, I would receive 1/2 off the most expensive item that I was buying. This was also a surprise since most discounts are usually on the cheapest item. Your doing it right, keep up the excellent service and attitude. You've got me as a faithful customer now.

Be careful shopping at this dispensary, I was ripped off. I contacted the dispensary in hopes they would make it right and either allow me to return the product or be partially refunded. I bought a pack of edibles that showed 100%thc with 20 pieces and was given 50 %thc with 10 pieces. I provided Curaleaf with a screenshot of my emailed reciept a lot with my item showing everything was incorrect, they failed to follow up which required me to reach out again for an update. Finally they get back to me 4 days later stating I need the paper receipt not the image from online.. def would have been nice to know during the initial interaction when I was robbed of my money/ product. I'm done shopping at Curaleaf- going to use my points and be done with this spot. I'll ensure I tell anyone I know who shops T Curaleaf as well. I've provided Curaleaf with ample enough information- see below.

I love this dispensary. I usually go to Sunnyside, but recently, they've been a bit crowded. Curaleaf is generally as cheap as the average, but they have good deals often. Theres a lot of choices. Staff is friendly, the joint is clean, and I like the product. There's usually not a massive wait.I buy the shake 1/2oz for $50. 6 years ago that was $100+ in a shady alley lol. I'm still jaded by the fact you can buy weed at stores.What would I change? The parking lot is a tiny, awkward square. I usually park next door now.My stop is usually here, and the tobacco store across North right there. I like Cura and Sunnyside. I'm glad Cura has a shorter wait time.

The staff lacks customer service especially if you’re inconveniencing them! They’re engaged with side conversations & when you ask for help they don’t give accurate responses. Just enough to shut you up and go back to their conversations. Budtenders don’t educate you on the products, the current sales & barley know how their own reward program works. I would not go here you can get better service, education on products AND DEALS at natures care westloop
