I simply bought a rechargeable 510 battery. I confirmed that it was chargeable, and that was that.After not being able to use the $200 of weed that I bought because the battery died the night was understandably not super happy.Two trips for one $10 rechargeable battery that doesn’t recharge a complete waste of my time (That’s what the clerks told me after asking )What made me upset is that nobody offered to make the situation right at all. I don’t think anybody cared though cause I just left disappointed and obviously it was not a big deal to them. I’m definitely not a gonna talk to the manager kind of guy, but I definitely didn’t see anyone one in charge to help.And no, I don’t wanna go to vape guys to buy something I can buy there. I don’t want free stuff either. I work. . I just want things to be made right.Customer service has official died. Two trips 30 minutes for a $10. I don’t think so.

I really enjoy this dispensary. The vibe is very welcoming and chill. The store services, a wide variety of consumer types given its location, and the staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I find their VIP program to be a really good value for the fee, and it’s a treat to see what the customer prize is for the month. I’ve been to my fair share of dispensaries and this one is my favorite, the convenience of it is an added bonus

Every time I come in to get something they Always up charge and its a different price. The pre roll was 10 dollars but some how you end up paying 18. Dont come into this place paying with a Debit card cuz you will get ripped off hard. Do CASH only this place is diffrent.

I LOVE EarthMed!!! The employees are so friendly & helpful - it is a great atmosphere. They have put me on to amazing products that I would have never thought to try out. I’m a med patient & I used to go to Rise in Mundelein but had so many bad experiences there, I am so grateful to have found EarthMed & it’s closer for me! They give great discounts for med patients & they always do a great job keeping products stocked & their menu up to date. 10/10 recommend!

Went here for the first time. Not first dispensary by any means.I am handicapped so I don't get around well. They took their time to assist me in registration.There was a small problem with my order but, I received a call and it was fixed quickly. I used to have a med card but would drive an hour 1 way. It expired while traveling and didn't renew it. I receive SSDI discounts and between the time and gas saved I'm as good or better cost wise.This is 5 minutes from home so this will be my go to.Thanks to all for your service and assistance. Earthmed has been my exclusive dispo since April. They changed things up where medical holders get a 30% cut off the top and that helps alot. It even stacks on a sale price and because of that I don't even look at other dispos anymore. I don't sale hop or even care to check other menus as earthmed has a rotating supply. The crew is super helpful and the location is super convenient. Hands down one of the best if not the best in the area.

Rough vibes. You are pointed towards a screen like your ordering at McDonald's. No product to view or smell. Very high prices. No personality here besides a weird feel. No purchase made for me since no value for your money. The other location in McHenry is better then this one. It's the truth owner. I suggest you go to Denver to experience a real dispensary and learn the game correctly. You tried though.

Friendly staff but I’m not having a great experience. Only been there a few times but up until today, I’ve been asked every time to pay full price when I ordered something with a discount. The first time it happened the girl told me the price on the website was a mistake and I had to argue just a bit to get them to honor it.Today I went in and everything went well at first. Then I got my change. Register says I get $10.50 back and I was only handed a 10 dollar bill. I asked about my change and they said,“We don’t give change because our bank is federal.” I said “ok” but failed to see how that explained why I wouldn’t be getting my change.They said if it’s less than 50 cents they round down but since my total was 10.50 it rounded up…. I’ve never heard of this happening anywhere. It’s only 50 cents so I just decided to bite the bullet after the 3rd time someone tried to explain it to me. I don’t need it explained though, I just need my exact change if I’m going to give a shop my business…. I don’t buy that it all balances out in the end. Figure out how to give exact change like every other business that exists or I’m not coming back.Absolutely ridiculous.If you’re reading this review, Rise isn’t that much farther and usually have better deals on the menu. It’s starting to become clear why rise is always busy and no one is ever at earth med.
