Have a different go-to spot in the area, but I think I may need to switch over to Ivy Hall permanently.Selection is nice, but the attention and help I received from staff member Eric S was incredible. Gave me answers to all of the technical questions I had about each strain and product.Eric is clearly a master of his craft because we spoke about optimal growing conditions and strain genetics. Ivy Hall also has some great glass products - Eric helped me choose the best one for my needs. Love to see it!!!!

I went in not knowing much about the products & pricing however Eric was very informative and helpful about which items targeted my specific needs. Its a very welcoming and professional atmosphere whereas other dispensaries were not as helpful in my past experiences. My trip to Ivy Hall was very simple and painless. Been shopping here regularly for a few weeks now and these guys never disappoint. The customer service is phenomenal, they’ll help you find whatever you need in their customer ordering screens available to everyone — so whatever you are looking for I’m sure you will find it. If there is ever a problem with your product they’ll resolve the issue happily. Byron is awesome, always friendly and professional.

I love the in-store experience, everyone is so pleasant and helpful. My dad recently had shoulder surgery and with the help of the budtender, Pete, I was able to find something just right for his pain. I also got something fun for mom who doesn't experience edibles as often. They were both very pleased and so am I!

I’m not the best at expressing words in a text format, but I just wanted to express that I stopped by Ivy Hall today and was helped by a wonderful individual name Kennedy, who went beyond and past my expectations and honestly up sold me on everything there and I hope I made her day as much of even a little bit as they made mine. I’m really hoping to return to this location and to be met with someone as amazing as this person. I only regret was not being able to post this sooner, but she did show me items than I just needed to take time to appreciate and smoke before I could post this, so thank you again Kennedy

Today I stumbled upon IVY HALL, and I have to say, I am happy that I did so…came to get ice cream and end up finding this place and getting more than I expected. The staff here is very nice and inviting, I was helped by (Ariell), a beautiful young lady, that was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the products, she helped find some strains and showed me all the best deals, I was very pleased with the professionalism and inviting energy she and the staff here has. Will be returning regularly! Thank you again Ariell!!!!
