Everyone is super nice and helpful. They're usually pretty quick checking out. You order on tablets and then just wait in line for checkout. Also you can order ahead and choose a p/u time. They have some cool pieces, accessories and a good selection.

Staff sent us away from the counter and back to kiosk and then helped other people behind us who did not have a pre order. Just felt rude. 2 days ago staff helped us at the counter no problem. When asking staff about specific items we were told “all are great”. We would like specific recommendations not broad ones.

My first visit was such a great experience. The vibe was so nice and calming. My budtender Kate was so knowledgeable and treated me like we'd been friends for years. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I'd recommend your store for anyone from a first timer to an old hippie like me. And more props to Kate, she's a definite asset to your business.
