This place is a god send. They blessed me like no one ever has in my life. I thought I got the wrong item and they made it right in such a great way! Just be nice and considerate and they deliver! Best dispo in dekelb , also one of the few dispos that carries good ounce choices most of the time. Walked out the door for around 120$ after tax for 28 grams . I am willing to drive to Rockford or Dixon but always end up here lol ! .Beats the other dispo in town in every way. Keep the cheap hybrid indica ounces around I’ll be there 🤣

Update:I went into the shop today and asked about a newer brand they were carrying and the complete honesty is what will keep me coming back, thank you so much! Excellent customer service!!!I like excelleaf, good customer service, clean well lit environment and good selection of product. The 1 thing holding me back from giving 5 stars is as a medical patient there isn't much benefit shopping here where the other place in town stacks discounts for med patients. They do offer a 30% discount for things not on sale to medical patients, which is nice but still doesn't compete. The reason I make a point of this is that the additional stacked discount makes up for the tax difference between medical and recreational.

I stopped by to pick up a bit of Birthday Buds the other day. I must’ve had that look. The Budtender definitely turned my frown upside down. She not only gave me my bday discount, she says “what here. Don’t go anywhere, I’m going to give you a present” and proceeds to gift me a smell-proof bag full of SWAG!Totally took me by surprise, turned my whole birthday around.Thank you, it made my day/week/month/year🥰😊🥰

My personal experience was not the most pleasant. The young lady at the check-in didn’t crack not one smile, even when I asked about the new consumption edible lounge she didn’t seem excited or eager to talk about it when I asked her about it. Then when I went inside, one of the male staff members was wearing a white dingy tank top. He had yellow stains at the bottoms of it, not very presentable in my eyes. The vibe was very off tone. Not very welcoming in my opinion

Weekly stop for me, I always feel welcomed. The line, if there is one, is always taken care of quickly. Budtenders are personable and friendly. Has taken what used to be a chore and turned it into a high point of my week (pun intended).

I came back to rereview this wonderful business because so many of you are acting like taxes are their own personal charge. The state of Illinois regulates all taxes on dispensary meds. It is calculated based on THC content. Please rethink your opinion of a legal business who's prices are basically the same, if not better, than a lot of other dispo's I check prices on.The team here is amazing and deserves nothing but respect. From the bottom to the top, I have been impressed by everyone's customer service skills, knowledge, the way they are personable, or quiet if you seem not in the mood.I always give thanks to Katy for showing me this place by advertising the progress of the business opening and more, but everyone who works there deserves a raise.Health and happiness to all of you and yours

Right now they are the only dispensary in the DeKalb area so make sure to support them. Now to the review. I love the location which is downtown DeKalb plenty of parking and easy access to the area. The layout to the dispensary is great. They have 2 lines so if you place your order online it’s an in and out situation. The customer service was outstanding and they were very attentive to every customer is saw come in. Please stop by there if you happen to be in the area.

Great little dispensary. They have a great selection, and better prices than some other ones I've been too. I just had my first issue with an order today, and they could not have been nicer. I called them up and Mandy was super friendly and helpful, and fixed my issue immediately!

Had a great experience for my birthday today! Every staff member was super helpful to help find me and my friend find great products. They also have many discount deals, which is great for NIU students! Highly recommend checking them out! The owners are also amazing people!

Pros and cons. I would love to give it four stars, it’s just missing one thing. Great deals. I know it’s a new dispensary but the deals could be slightly better and shorter at times. More edibles/carts on sale than the flower itself! And I refuse to buy full price for any Illinois flower at any dispensary cause every brand isn’t worth it like other states, which is why I look forward to the good sales. At least there’s a 10% off for at least anyone.Pros: great/friendly people who work there and super quick service. Nice selection of brands. Try to get “The botanist”. Price for anything is the same at all dispensaries so they’re not overpricing too much.Cons: needs better deals and more selection on strains. (Still good though for a 10 minute drive compared to 40 minutes)
