Beautiful facility. Great product with reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, I do have a small gripe concerning staff. There's a fine line between being helpful and trying to upsell like a car salesman pushing undercoating. Folks, especially women, do not want to be feel pressured. Ask if we need help and move along if we don't. The experience of finding something to alleviate anxiety should not be, itself, an anxious experience. Outside of that, I hope they continue to grow and remain with us for a long time.

I Always enjoy making a stop at Ivy Hall in Crystal Lake. Lathan greeted me right away at the counter & had my order ready in no time. Marissa also was kind enough to assist with getting my glass wrapped. Great to see a good working relationship within the employees & positive vibes helping the customers. Highly recommend stopping in & the variety of products will not disappoint!

I drive past multiple other dispensaries daily, and choose to drive 15 minutes out of my way to go here- the staff is so awesome, especially my man Bryan, I always call him the happiest man I’ve ever met..he truly brightens up my night if I run in to him, his wonderful energy is contagious! Great deals, everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, and they have awesome loyalty and discount programs. You can order online and it then only takes less than two minutes to run in and pickup because they are staffed accordingly even during busy times. Best dispensary in the area!

Love this dispensary! I emailed about a product defect and when I went in Kerry was so helpful and kind! He went above and beyond to take care of my issue and get me the credit I deserved! I literally will continue to come here because of the employees and great deals! Zoe is also amazing!! I always leave smiling because of them two! This place is really cool. The employees are very welcoming and helpful. The kiosks are great for browsing through all of the available products while having staff available to answer any questions. I was told that they try to offer great deals in order to offset the taxes, and I certainly saved money during my visit.

It was my first time coming in, let me tell ya about it. So I walk in and the security is right there next to the guy at the door, so I know this place is legit yk. After I signed up for their rewards I walk in and am promptly walked up to by Troy. Troy hooked me up, I told him I how much I wanted to spend and he helped me to get exactly what I wanted. Going to checkout I was me by Isabella who was very nice made the place even more welcoming. Thank you for a very positive first experience! I will be returning soon!

The staff is all super friendly and I rarely have to wait more than a few a minutes… it has a very nice chill, neighborhood vibe. Overall pricing is fair too… they offer a 10% off deal on most weekdays for the first and last hour every day. I would definitely recommend 👍🏻
