Came to Verilife after being disappointed with my previous purchase in Chicago.We walked around and then hopped onto one of the iPads/ kiosk that they have lying around almost every corner and made our picks.We headed to the counters to pay and pick up and it was kind of set up like a bank lol. Rell rang us up and immediately apologized for not working with us at the kiosk since it got really busy.I was happy that it was busy because it was a great sign that they had good products. I explained to Rell how dissatisfied I was with The Chicago Cannabis Company and he knew exactly what I was looking for in a product. He switched our selections twice and gave us 20% off. Rell really put in work with us and upsold us and gave us a great experience, I’m not mad about it.
