Who ever was the tender that helped me was awful. She was leaning all on the counter and then tried to cheat me on my well deserved veteran discount. No apology or thanks for being a customer. Customer service at your establishment needs some work. It will be an emergency before i visit again. Also you need to lower the prices.

A special shout out to Precious. She gets a 5 star. I went to Grasshoppers Club Dispensary and they were so rude so I left and look up another dispensary and I found this location. Precious could tell I was upset and she asked me if I was ok and I told her about my horrible experience at the Grasshopper Club Dispensary. She apologized on behalf of them and was empathetic and gave the best customer service to the point I made a purchase and left happy and I found the exact product I wanted . I recommend them and make sure you ask for Precious .

Excellent shopping experience! This was my first time here. Navigating the webpage was easy and the store staff was very friendly . From the security guard named Terrell outside greeting me, the young lady precious who checked my ID and Xris the gentleman who rung up my order. He was very polite, explanatory and offered me the option to sign up for a rewards account. I’ll definitely be back here!

I came in with a cast on my left arm and a bandaged right hand, feeling quite a bit of pain that I tried my best to conceal. While I was checking out, two kind staff members recommended Binske, especially for managing pain. I’m so grateful they took the time to notice my discomfort and suggested this option. It truly feels as if I've just taken painkillers, and my arm feels so much better now. Their thoughtfulness and support made all the difference, helping me switch from a different strain that would have left me feeling completely out of it. Thank you for your compassion!

I bought a 1g cart which from other dispensaries will last me at least a week if not more. But the carts from here are crazy expensive, and smoke in 3 days max. It’s actually insane how quickly it is just burning through the oil. $70 for a cart that barely lasts three days??? Never coming back to this overpriced popsicle stand again sadly

My first visit there was a great experience, so great I bought two 1/4 ounces. I had to sign up and I got all these great discounts. My second visit was something different, I got no discounts as advertised for seniors, veterans and Wednesday specials. My third visit again no discounts and now a 28 percent tax was added, same for my fourth visit except for the 30 percent tax and it was the same for my fifth visit except the tax went up to 32 percent. I went back to my street dealer for better deals.

I didn't particularly enjoy my visit. They try to make me set up an account to save 25% on their high prices. The password needs an uppercase, a lowercase, a special key, a number. I couldn't seem to make it work, therefore couldn't save 25%. Therefore I didn't buy very much. If this business is that serious about collecting customer data they should come up with a better way. Frustrating experience.

It’s a cute shop.Every worker was overly enthusiastic which was a bit much. I wanted to look around the shop before purchasing but was pressured to do everything on the screen and they hover over you? It was a bummer because I seen pieces on the floor I would’ve purchased. I don’t blame them though it was the day before 4/20 and I’m sure they just wanted people in and out of the store. The vibe was not for me.They accept cash and debit only . No CCs due to it being federally illegal. ATM in shop.
