I'm from out of town visiting and had the best dispensary experience I've had in all my Chicago visits. From the check in to the floor to check out the associates were kind and helpful beyond expectations. Dez and Andy helped my find exactly what I needed. The front desk associate held the door for me-I use a cane and so often people just don't do that so it meant a lot. Thanks for a lovely experience and a new guest discount!

Decent layout and staff is nice but I received an order today that had a broken seal. I noticed it the second I got in my car. Didn't appear to be anything missing from the bottle but safety was my main concern. Brought it to the managers attention and was denied an exchange or refund which I assumed would happen. If you purchase from this place make sure to check the seal before you pay for the product. Something shady is happening in this place. I'm not the only reviewer who this has happened to.They did offer 20 percent off for next visit (I won’t be returning) or the option to email corporate which I will do so this doesn’t happen to others.

The atmosphere of the whole place was so bright and cheerful even though I came in pretty close to closing. The staff were all very happy and welcoming. Itunu in particular was very helpful. They explained the regulations about different products and how things work at checkout. I will definitely be back.They have a great promotions and loyalty perks too!

There is a kiosk to order at and they offer pretty cool deals, like a late night discount and discount for wearing their merch, which is pretty reasonably priced. There’s also a lounging area to wait while your order is being prepared and the inside of the store as a whole is quite beautiful. Everyone I interacted with was very welcoming.

Love the curated ambiance & warm & welcoming feel that’s missing from every other dispensary in the city. There’s always a great selection of high quality products, quick order completion both online and in store, knowledgeable and kind (and hilarious) staff, and a fun selection of weed adjacent products (greeting cards, books, games, clothing).
