I have been coming here since they opened, it’s been my favorite dispensary to go to in Chicago! But recently customer service has been eh, and they have been struggling to keep the products I buy in stock. I understand that the issue may not be with them but with the supplier. When I inquired about what’s been going on I was met with an annoyed face, and how they get orders once a week and they probably haven’t gotten it in yet. Yes she used the word probably. Should be going to check and see what the status is etc. This happened today, but something similar also happened on Friday. The guy was much nicer about it and the products are also on sale Friday so I understand the quick run out of product. I was clearly unhappy with the options I had to pick from but understood again because they were on sale. He didn’t do anything to let me know when a new order would be in so I could get my favorite strains. Which explains why I was there today because it’s been five days and I was hoping they had been a restock. There had not been.Don’t get too attached to any flavor/strain or brand because it may be gone before you know it!I’m hoping they work to fix the issue so I can change my review to 5-star, because that’s what they were for the first 8-10 months of being open!

Visiting from Florida. Friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. Walkin ordering is done on self-service stations with help from staff. Good product selection. I only got a few prerolls, which were very good quality. Prices seemed a little more than I'm used to, and I was not offered any discounts such as for seniors, My bad also for not asking.

SO happy I walked past this place, because now it’s the only one I will go to.Selection is VAST and they have everything for any specificity. But NOT overwhelming because the website is easy to filter, and has more easy to read descriptions on items.Staff was also so friendly and just lovely.

The bud tender was very friendly and very helpful and explained not only the products that I was buying but the process, because I was out of state, it was a little bit trickier, but we worked it out. This is the second Chicago dispensary I've visited and it was a pleasureable experience much like the first. They check your id at the door real quick then let you through the doors. The employee working with us was very nice and helpful. It was quick and easy to place an order and just as quick to checkout- mind you this was on a Sunday morning so it's probably busier on other days. But if you want to make things quick go Sunday morning. I like the interior, it was more cozy than some dispensaries that have bright harsh lighting and all white everything. They also advertised sales and discounted prices for veterans, seniors, and medical card holders for certain hours which is nice. Pretty good experience overall 👍

Probably the most lovely dispensary you walk in to. The folks here made us feel incredibly welcomed, gave us some Chicago tips, and we wish we could see them again. Miriam was a big help to all of us, and really knew her stuff - greatly appreciate talking to her and getting to know her!The selection here was huge, and they have different value/sale days. Overall, the business was just really cool to look at and incredibly well kept. While I didn't purchase anything and dont have any recommendations on product, it was really cool to see and I enjoyed meeting all the staff here.
