This place has a setup for online orders. The times I visited in the past without an online order, customers with online orders were taken first understandable. This time, I had an online order to only be skipped over. When I asked why I was skipped, I was disrespected by two staff members. The MOD tried to de-escalate the situation. However, the employees continued, and so did I. I would never visit another starbuds location. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM RACISTS

It was a good experience from the moment I entered the establishment. Everyone was smiling and very helpful.Andres Was absolutely wonderful. So knowledgeable, so kind so informative. He’s just naturally people person. Excellent excellent service and recommendations from Andres.

The facility was very nice. Very clean and well lit. The products are displayed really well. The customer service was very nice and inviting. Their knowledge of the products and accessories was on point. The store and it's staff provided a very relaxed and comfortable environment for the customers. I will definitely shop there again. The staff in Starbuds are wonderful ! They’re always willing to easily answer questions about all the products. I really enjoy shopping here, everyone’s so positive and friendly. Jessica definitely made things easier for me to purchase today as I asked her questions about certain products although there was a bit of a rush I was still able to take my time and decide and not rushed while she helped out others to clear the rush !

Jessica AND Theonna Never Disappoint!! Absolutely awesome place…everything is on display and visible…not tucked in the back like a dirty secret. Roomy and with lots to see! Everyone including the security was pleasant…but you must talk to Jessica! She was Super friendly, professional and informative! Made sure I got the best deal for my buck and after listening to what I was looking for, she hooked me up! Will most definitely come back!!!! Must go!!! Check out the deals as well…Jessica said they change monthly!! Forgot to mention the selection!!!!

It’s a very welcoming environment for professional users and newbies alike. in comparison to other local dispensaries I feel most comfortable here and I do find the pricing to be, very affordable!

The cashier was nice and asked me about myself so he could help me figure out what's best for me. And I got a discount on my first purchase.
