Had good experiences until today. Picked up my order , got to the car and realized My change was short 10 dollars. Sensory overload on my part, between the music, the long line of people and me having a busy day. But the employees should be able to count accurately. Double check your change.

This place is totally awesome. In conjunction with their website. You can shop, place an online order with the option to pay online or pay cash at the store at pick up. The specials and deals change constantly and there are always great deals on flowers, pre rolls, edibles and vape products. Staff are always friendly and helpful and the wait in line time is always minimal. Finally, the loyalty rewards points program they offer is generous and easy. My favorite store for cannabis.

Love this dispensary! Interior is so comforting and staff is incredibly helpful. Hugo gets a special shout out for his friendly and speedy service! Also was rocking a smudged eyeliner look that would send even the most masculine man to his knees.

This is a great Cannapensary! We’ve been coming here for a little while now. We seem to find the best deals here pretty often. Today was no different. The staff welcoming you as you enter what I would describe as a great ambience with a cool vibe. Once you get checked in then you can enter the back room to browse, pick up or place orders, There’s great music playing upon entry. I’ll just say, “If it’s not Be, It can’t be!” You heard it here 1st. 👍🏾

I was new to this location and had many questions. The staff were very nice. It was my husband and I anniversary and wanted something special to celebrate. There was a guy by the name of Perry who was extremely helpful and very comical. He made our experience one of the best and was able to make us feel comfortable being new to the dispensary. I will definitely return to see him as he is now my favorite person there. Although everyone was super nice. This is a great place has great deals and highly recommended.

The 4.9 star rating must be 'fixed' - It seems like the independent operators of this franchise dispensary aren't willing/able to purchase bulk supply of higher end product - mainly your live resin/rosin extract, live resin cartridges and exotic flower. We all know cannabis prices and tax are fixed in IL. with bureaucracy and limited cultivators - If you're paying for artificially over priced cannabis, you should at least have a wide variety of QUALITY options afforded to you and you don't get that here. The owners are simply just running a business. There are other options that can meet all your needs in one stop.

Be Cannabis has the best prices and most welcoming compared to other dispensaries in the area. Their customer service goes above and beyond for their costumers. Ana has been my bud tender most times I shop and she always manages to answer my questions attentively while informing me about current or upcoming sales. She always handles my orders with care and efficiency and is always a pleasure to talk with. The entire crew here is superb!

I’ve only been to this location 3 times. From the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out I had nonstop hospitality. Twan was the first to greet us and had us laughing before we even saw the showcase. The workers were all so friendly and knowledgeable, especially Victor and Daphne. A+ location with a great selection, great deals and honestly great clientele. (Definitely sign up for the rewards program, you’ll thank yourself later) I will be back!
