I was new to this location and had many questions. The staff were very nice. It was my husband and I anniversary and wanted something special to celebrate. There was a guy by the name of Perry who was extremely helpful and very comical. He made our experience one of the best and was able to make us feel comfortable being new to the dispensary. I will definitely return to see him as he is now my favorite person there. Although everyone was super nice. This is a great place has great deals and highly recommended.

The 4.9 star rating must be 'fixed' - It seems like the independent operators of this franchise dispensary aren't willing/able to purchase bulk supply of higher end product - mainly your live resin/rosin extract, live resin cartridges and exotic flower. We all know cannabis prices and tax are fixed in IL. with bureaucracy and limited cultivators - If you're paying for artificially over priced cannabis, you should at least have a wide variety of QUALITY options afforded to you and you don't get that here. The owners are simply just running a business. There are other options that can meet all your needs in one stop.

Be Cannabis has the best prices and most welcoming compared to other dispensaries in the area. Their customer service goes above and beyond for their costumers. Ana has been my bud tender most times I shop and she always manages to answer my questions attentively while informing me about current or upcoming sales. She always handles my orders with care and efficiency and is always a pleasure to talk with. The entire crew here is superb!

Walked into the location unaware of exactly what I wanted. Markus greeted me with the best customer service along with a smile and a lot of knowledge. After I told him what I was needing assistance with, he went through various products with me until we came to a conclusion together. I left happy with the products that bought! Went in there not knowing what to shop, I’m glad Markus was there to help pick out a new favorite strain of mine. Markus showed me some new edibles which he recommended for sleep and I have to say I’ve never slept better. Really friendly and helpful staff will be restocking with them shortly. My visit to Be. Cannabis Dispensary in the south side suburbs of Chicago was exceptional. The atmosphere was welcoming, resembling a friend’s cozy living room. Staff members Ana, Ken, and Twon stood out with their friendly demeanor and extensive knowledge, making the experience feel more like a chat with friends than a business transaction. The dispensary offered a remarkable selection of high-quality brands at surprisingly affordable prices. What truly set Be. apart was the warm, familial vibe from the staff, transforming the visit into a memorable experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

I’ve only been to this location 3 times. From the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out I had nonstop hospitality. Twan was the first to greet us and had us laughing before we even saw the showcase. The workers were all so friendly and knowledgeable, especially Victor and Daphne. A+ location with a great selection, great deals and honestly great clientele. (Definitely sign up for the rewards program, you’ll thank yourself later) I will be back!

Great first experience this weekend during their grand opening. I ordered online and the pickup process was smooth. Daphne helped me out and was amazing. Also loved the promo they had going on! Thanks to Twan as well helping to find me some swag for the grand opening!
