This was a very professional and educational experience. Sonnie was extremely patient with me as I had a lot of questions. My initial visit really felt as if I was in class.They have a security officer for protection. The windows are frosted for privacy. Once your credentials are confirmed, you go into a secured area which is set up like a personalized shopping experience.The website is very user friendly as well.

Great informative staff, the only disappointment is the lack of options. CBN is great for what we need, however the store only has one product with CBN. Shopping at the other dispensaries doesn’t provide the high quality products we need. Additional options would be great and the website updated to match the actual price for products.

Love this place! I picked up the Blue Raspberry and Green Apple high potency gummies, and they were amazing. Super tasty with that sugar-coated candy feel, and they delivered a nice, smooth chill-down—perfect for relaxing. I also tried the Citrus Burst (Votris) gummy—not as potent, but still really flavorful with a classic gummy bear texture (no sugar), and it gave me a light, mellow vibe.Huge thanks to Mick—he was super friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and made the whole visit a breeze. Hands down some of the best customer service I’ve had!If you’re anywhere near Pooler, you’ve got to check out Botanical Sciences Dispensary. Great products and even better people.

I was so nervous my first time visiting Botanical Sciences—but not for long! The staff are incredibly kind, caring, and personable, plus knowledgeable about the product. The staff member who helped me out my first day (whose name I sadly can’t remember, but he was really cool!) gave me a detailed overview of each product and was very patient with my foggy brain. My second visit, I was preparing for surgery and hoping to purchase some stuff to help with recovery. Once again, the kind staff helped me choose products that worked with my goals and helped me get better. This is my third visit, and Isabelle immediately, without being asked, looked up my history to see what I’d bought in the past (which, again, was helpful to my foggy brain). She also informed me about current deals and the points I’d accumulated (which was helpful to my wallet). 10/100 recommend Botanical Sciences.

I've been here several times, and each time I learn something new. The staff is knowledgeable and doesn't pressure you one bit. If its a 30 dollar or 1,000 dollar purchase you'll get the same treatment each time. The products are great as well, I really enjoy knowing what I am putting in my body.

After trying both shops in town, this one has the products that work best for me. The staff is informed, thoughtful and speaks with so much knowledge about the products and the medicine. My favorite product are the 1:1 Transdermal Cream Lavender scent. Its consistency is perfect and it smells wonderful and works wonders on pain specifically nerve pain. It feels very well made with science and fells more bioavailable than most other creams I have tried. The other products is the Strawberry flavored tincture. Oh wow, so effective and delicious.🤤 My only negative is the prices are very high for the amounts that manage my pain.

I have been to both dispensaries in Pooler. I must say I prefer Botanical Sciences more. The atmosphere is laid back. All of my questions were answered. The customer service and care was outstanding. I left knowing more than what I did when I came in. I was able to find the product to fit my needs and I was asked to give feedback on products I have already had. Which not only made me feel like they are actually listening to patients, but they were able to suggest other products that suit my needs better.

I visited Botanical Sciences for the first time today and was met with a very enthusiastic and supportive team of professionals. Geoff was very helpful in helping me choose the right products for my situation and my knowledge was limited so he helped me understand what I needed and which products would be best for me to use starting off with this new medical aid. We went over dosing and he gave me handouts to take home and read to better understand how the dosing works going forward. I would not even think of going to another dispensary since visiting here and talking to Tony the pharmacist whom I contacted this past weekend to help understand the process. This is a very good dispensary for the Savannah/Pooler area, we are very fortunate to have these professionals working with us in this new facility! Also, the facility is very appealing and comfortable ! I will definitely continue to use them for my product needs.
