Pretty legit spot. They have a good selection of products and the line moves pretty quick. It would be nice if they had a line for walk ins and a line for pre orders. I live just at the bottom of the hill. So easy to get there and they are not low in options either it’s so great that all I have to do is ask. If Dustin was the cashier, he gets 5 stars for friendly, prompt, accurate, and informed service, and great advice. I had just gotten my first med card, and it was still on my phone. The one I'd really like to give 5 stars to is the guy at the front desk. (Forgot his name, but have seen him before many times). He had me forward it to him and he printed AND laminated it for me. I had to fill out some quick paperwork, then was at the counter w/in 5 or so mins. The price and quality was a huge improvement. Great experience all the way around. He was also the one to send me in the right direction to get the card in the first place, weeks ago. I wish you guys could figure out the whole debit card thing as that has been a seesaw. But, Dustin, the guy at the front desk, and the two people he was training all get 5 stars. Thanks, Joe.

Staff is great, there is definitely no shortage of help...this is my only concern. When I purchase cartridges the amount of product differs each time..last time I checked a half gram was a half gram....I asked staff why it's not consistent and even after following their instructions on letting product "settle" it is still looking skimpy... how is that sometimes my carts are full to the rim, but others times it is like shown?.. consistency is 🗝 this is like liquid gold for the price charged.. every drop counts...PIC SHOWN IS STRAIGHT OUT OF TUBE AND ALLOWED SUFFICIENT TIME TO SETTLE..If someone can provide me with a logical explanation I would gladly take this review down...

As a medical patient, this place is convenient and that's really all they have going for them. Today was the 3rd time in 2 months where they couldn't sell me something because of their "inventory issues". First 2 times were flower, which I kind of understand. But today was a $3 pack of element tips. Cmon guys. And what's up with some swag every once in a while to show your appreciation for us customers, like we show for your employees when we throw a dollar or 2 in one of the numerous tip buckets you have out. Now that recreational has hit, I can really see who they are really catering to. It’s sad to see options available for recreational and not for patients. COMMUNICATION needs to be improved here! Place orders that never seem to be available. No calls, no texts....Even after putting in an order way over 24 hours in advance.. Keeps happening. Then when you come in they upsell you with a higher product. Tired of making decisions on the spur of the moment! Staff members need to stop playing spiteful games! Its been noticed! Some of the staff was nice throughout my visits. Although on multiple visits the guy working the check in was always rude and very unprofessional in that position. In the winter you'll have to wait outside if there's a line since the lobby is small. The line does move quick with 3 terminals but they're not always fully manned when it's busy. They do have deals written on a chalkboard past check in but you have to place an order online first, effectively hiding the deals. Theyre open on Sundays, which is super helpful.I've since switched to Fine Fettle. Each of the check in people so far have greeted me with a smile and made positive remarks. The check in area has enough room so there's no waiting outside. Once inside their lobby is massive and there's always 3 people working the terminals with additional terminals when it's busy. Fine Fettle lists their deals online so you can take advantage of them while ordering. In addition Fine Fettle has an awesome points system in place for additional discounts.

I love the people here but ever since ZenLeaf has bought most dispensaries the prices have gone up as much as $9-$10 per flower 3.5g from there already expensive prices.“Ivory” was $30 then skyrocketed to $41-$42 depending on the day it was the only strain worth the price it was originally at. That to me is an excessive price increase. They refuse to have acceptable prices for decent strains I don’t even purchase the good strains they can reach $50 who wants to pay 2-3 times more than the current street value. Everyone grows now there is no need to have prices so high. Good strains $20-$25 exceptional strains should be $30-$35. I can go purchase 1oz of High Quality strains for $75-$80. Because of this I can’t ever afford to pay for my full allotment. What’s going on? Price gouging? Greed? Because some don’t have a choice? #stopthegreed

Willowbrook used to b great. Then they were bought out by Verano holdings things have changed. When u call willowbrook you get a call center somewhere else. U cannot get ahold of willowbrook directly. U can still order on line but if u have questions u have to talk to a call center. No more personal service. I don't want to talk to someone at a call center about my medicine. Willowbrook does not offer points towards your future purchases. Which u use as cash towards your future purchases. Other dispensaries do.

My caregiver and l are trying to finish the process of redetermination which is fine the staff helped us outside the office...but we could barely hear the nurse on the phone when we asked to have the music turned down the nice staff person couldn't hear us! I’m very impressed. It is very professional, clean, and excellent with Covid-19 precautions (a must as they likely serve many immuno-compromised individuals). I appreciate their focus on compassionate care. They can guide you to what you might need for anything from sleep to panic attacks, letting you skip the more dangerous and addictive medications like benzodiazepines. Any problems or concerns are met with understanding and help. Definitely the place to go to for care.

Willow brook is such an awesome place. I chose this dispensary because I originally worked near it, and now I work in the opposite side of the state but still choose to drive here over other dispensaries that are closer. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly and the menu is always well stocked. My orders are always filled quickly, and they are able to help find or order something even if it’s not on the menu. Between willow brook wellness and my cannabis doctor I really feel that I have finally found compassionate and effective care for my medical conditions after 10 years of searching for it in traditional medicine.

When I purchase cartridges the amount of product differs each time..last time I checked a half gram was a half gram....I asked staff why it's not consistent and even after following their instructions on letting product "settle" it is still looking skimpy... how is that sometimes my carts are full to the rim, but others times it is like shown?.. consistency is 🗝 this is like liquid gold for the price charged.. every drop counts...PIC SHOWN IS STRAIGHT OUT OF TUBE AND ALLOWED SUFFICIENT TIME TO SETTLE..If someone can provide me with a logical explanation I would gladly take this review down...

Some of the staff was nice throughout my visits. Although on multiple visits the guy working the check in was always rude and very unprofessional in that position. In the winter you'll have to wait outside if there's a line since the lobby is small. The line does move quick with 3 terminals but they're not always fully manned when it's busy. They do have deals written on a chalkboard past check in but you have to place an order online first, effectively hiding the deals. Theyre open on Sundays, which is super helpful.I've since switched to Fine Fettle. Each of the check in people so far have greeted me with a smile and made positive remarks. The check in area has enough room so there's no waiting outside. Once inside their lobby is massive and there's always 3 people working the terminals with additional terminals when it's busy. Fine Fettle lists their deals online so you can take advantage of them while ordering. In addition Fine Fettle has an awesome points system in place for additional discounts.

I love the people here but ever since ZenLeaf has bought most dispensaries the prices have gone up as much as $9-$10 per flower 3.5g from there already expensive prices.“Ivory” was $30 then skyrocketed to $41-$42 depending on the day it was the only strain worth the price it was originally at. That to me is an excessive price increase. They refuse to have acceptable prices for decent strains I don’t even purchase the good strains they can reach $50 who wants to pay 2-3 times more than the current street value. Everyone grows now there is no need to have prices so high. Good strains $20-$25 exceptional strains should be $30-$35. I can go purchase 1oz of High Quality strains for $75-$80. Because of this I can’t ever afford to pay for my full allotment. What’s going on? Price gouging? Greed? Because some don’t have a choice? #stopthegreed

Willowbrook used to b great. Then they were bought out by Verano holdings things have changed. When u call willowbrook you get a call center somewhere else. U cannot get ahold of willowbrook directly. U can still order on line but if u have questions u have to talk to a call center. No more personal service. I don't want to talk to someone at a call center about my medicine. Willowbrook does not offer points towards your future purchases. Which u use as cash towards your future purchases. Other dispensaries do.

I’m very impressed. It is very professional, clean, and excellent with Covid-19 precautions (a must as they likely serve many immuno-compromised individuals). I appreciate their focus on compassionate care. They can guide you to what you might need for anything from sleep to panic attacks, letting you skip the more dangerous and addictive medications like benzodiazepines. Any problems or concerns are met with understanding and help. Definitely the place to go to for care.

Willow brook is such an awesome place. I chose this dispensary because I originally worked near it, and now I work in the opposite side of the state but still choose to drive here over other dispensaries that are closer. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly and the menu is always well stocked. My orders are always filled quickly, and they are able to help find or order something even if it’s not on the menu. Between willow brook wellness and my cannabis doctor I really feel that I have finally found compassionate and effective care for my medical conditions after 10 years of searching for it in traditional medicine.

She was so unbelievably knowledgeable and listened to everything I said and helped me find the right medicines for my ailments. Every single time I go there, it’s like family!
