Destiny is an amazing budtender. She deserves a fat Christmas bonus, especially a raise for dealing with Karen’s like me. She was a rockstar. The entry guy was hilarious and very intelligent as well, I wish I got his name so I can name drop how amazing he was with his customer service, I was just in awe when I came in so it slipped my mind when he told me who he was. He let me vent about old war stories of when I was a budtender in Colorado.I only took one star away because of the COMPANY. Y'all need to take Apple Pay/phone pay. In this depression we are living in it’s hard to buy the massively expensive prices y'all are selling the product as a company. As a single mom it’s hard to keep up with debit cards let alone cash (especially because they are discontinuing making cash like the penny) so as a cooperation - do better if you want more customers.

It felt so official when I walked in, like I was walking into a bank to pull out a much needed stash that I had deposited into these fertile soil in a previous lifetime. I don't smoke, but edibles have hit pretty nicely on days I need a little stronger unwind. I just know I'm a light weight, some would say my sober self baseline teeters a moderate high, so I just gotta watch my intake. I just know anything beyond 10mg will make me think time is passing me by and I still gotta show you the 5 other layers of each other's soul before the chicken crows at dawn when we reincarnate... so I usually just have 5mg and that gives me a good ride until I pass out and the next day is a blessing better than thoughts and prayers can ever give me. They were sweet citrus flavored gummies. Thanks for the hook up, I just wished I remembered more to say in Thank You before I forget it again.

She took the time to sit with me and really listen — not just to what I needed, but everything I’ve been juggling in my life and my worries about work and focus. She was incredibly patient, gracious, and knowledgeable. Because she truly understood my situation, she was able to recommend a product I’m optimistic to try. I’d love to share a follow-up review on the product itself when I’ve used it. Emily was absolutely phenomenal, and I genuinely appreciated her expertise and care.

Actually robbery, I can't believe people are smiling at the register dropping $100 for literally $35 worth of product highway robbery. I understand it's newer in Connecticut, but not newer in this area. You can buy an ounce in Massachusetts for $65. Meanwhile, pay for 65 after taxes for an eighth

very nice staff and super efficient service! Only negative is the prices. I know there are laws around growers in the state, but you can go to MA and get an ounce of ground flower for $65. I buy edibles from them but i wouldn't buy flower from anybody in CT it's just poor quality

Anyway, yes CT is pricey, but the time spent driving further to go to MA or RI is not a luxury I can take so it works out bc if time is money then you are spending the same. So far so good, first time I ever had an issue and Brittany handled it beautifully like I expected a business to act when they appreciate your business. I will def continue to go and use discounts but it would be nice to have prices compete with MA. (The Vault).

Wow ! The back of the building is literally falling apart, has to be a hazard.The fire exit near the line is always blocked off, and medical files are in an open bin...The door doesn't have window and I keep seeing people get hit by people exiting lolI have one leg and arthritis and have to walk up a hill to get inside because they let any random person use the handicapped parking.Every employee is kind and helpful but the turnover is super high. Upper management must be pretty bad for employees to leave behind a discount on pot!!!They do have the best selection of products in the area, helpful employees, and a very clean facility.

My husband and I started shopping here a few mths after it opened. We've had great experiences with everyone. So friendly, helpful, and respectful. This dispensary offers nice, easy to get discounts for seniors or disabled folks. Only problem I've ever had is with the app, and that's a different review.😀

I had an issue here with a product that I purchased and was told by the manager that due to recent policy regulations all they could do was offer me a discount off my next purchase. I live in New York, where prices are much better so in order to rectify the issue I had to make another purchase on the spot. Luckily the girls at the front were super nice and did what they could to resolve any tension which came up through management, who are answering to only 4 farmers in this state who are only permitted to grow and sell product. Feels very corporate. Drive to New York, RI or MA for better prices and for a better chance of supporting small farms.

When my usual place was closed this one was open and on my way to my next stop. There was no line and I was in and out in about 3 to 4 minutes from the time I arrived. The budtender helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I would return again.

I was driving to mass to get my cannabis, a coworker told me about this place, it’s on the way home and now this is my new place to purchase gummy’s and buds, Etc… they’re is never any waiting in lines and all of the staff are great, with the veterans discount and the points you earn the prices are great, or you can fly to LA to save some money, (LOL) Angela let me know about the birthday discount, (Thank you Angela) I would highly recommend the Zen Leaf to everyone. 〰️😀
