The customer service is great here, but the prizes are not. I drove down an hour and a 1/2 to some other dispensaries. We found out that I just paid double for all my patches. Livwell in Trinidad have better prices

This used to be my favorite place to come as a local. Now, just like all other places down here, they have decided to go corporate. Well, Roots Rx (new owner) has done what every other corporation has: raised prices, refused to respond when their employees need help, manage from ski towns that aren’t even relatively like the small town of Salida, and of course not actually sell what they’re their to sell. We were frequenters but rarely does this location actually have anything to purchase, oh ya and then when you actually do want to purchase, the system is down and the employees are left scrambling and apologizing to everyone that walks in. These employees are awesome and locals too, suffering from the hand of a corporation. Hopefully something changes.

I only came for a small >$10 order. But the lady who s name I did not catch that was working, was very nice. She was helpful in recommending me stuff in my price for this order as well. Also they seem to have pretty great pricing for a non big city location. Will definitely be coming back here for more stuff!

The girl who served me tonight was just rude. Pretty sure she over charged me and short changed me too. The guy behind the counter said my purchase would be $100 . He walked away, then she rang it up and said he was wrong and charged me $126. Pretty sure I gave her $140 and she only gave me back $3 and change too. Its already bad enough you raised the prices and took away the locals discount. I won't be shopping here any more.
