I've been going to Dr eisenbud for 9 years now. I adore the front receptionist, she is always so helpful. They have easy access online and their emails are helpful reminders.Thank you for being an awesome Drs office. I recommend to everyone!I wish you guys had stickers!! I would stick them for sure!

I had a very pleasent experience here. They were very welcoming and kind. They also made sure to explain everything to me and gave me instructions if I needed help. They were super quick yet didnt seem to rush me. I highly recommend this place.

Firstly, thank you for all the help and a high plant count for EPC. While he seemed like a kind doctor and did what he thought was right for my med card, I do not like how they make you upload all documents and pay prior to meeting with the doctor just for him not to read your medical history before your appointment. It’s also only a 5-10 min appointment you’re paying for. I will say it’s done quickly and efficiently if you make sure the front desk checks off the important parts the doctor didn’t. Also, I do give them credit for only charging $200 for the doctor.

Absolutely the best place to go if you need your med card (new or a renewal) Joan is absolutely the best and I love to see her friend face every year and Dr. Branch makes the process so easy and comfortable!!! These guys are great! The new location is very comfortable and there’s convenient and ample parking. The process once you’re a patient is super easy, no hidden fees or any other debatable nonsense with payment and identification. Overall, I strongly recommend this business.

This business is a scam!! I scheduled an appointment a month out took time off work. The day of the appointment they cancelled because it was cold outside. Absolutely unprofessional! I asked if they could give me a discount since they canceled a then I would reschedule. At the time they refused. Subsequently They have been emailing and calling me begging for my business back! It doesn't work outside of Colorado an isn't even accepted in most dispensaries!!

I renewed my medical card about 2 months ago and the older male doctor was a complete jerk to me, I hated his attitude, he downplayed everything I had to say, didn't value my time, and acted like I was too young to have a med card, I felt very disrespected considering this was my fourth year having it. He talked to me and quickly rushed me out of his office. Would recommend any other relaxed clarity other than this one unless you would like to be talked down to, I hope the doctor seriously considers finding a new profession.
