Hello, I’m probably one of your best customers, I had an issue which had me so concerned and worried due to my epilepsy. Usually purchase 2/3 pods a week from stizzy which has always showed me love and great customer service. I had went to order from a dispensary that’s less than 4mins from my house which is called A/O dispensary, I placed an order didn’t get delivered for 2 hours but that’s beside that point. I had purchased two pods which I always do but I always purchase the Resin Liquid Diamonds for a better quality. I had got mine delivered around 6:00pm. When I got into my house I saw one of the pods boxes didn’t look the same has the other one. I had payed for those two products but they gave me one that literally said Gelato but didn’t look the same as the picture I purchased online but I was on a 3 hour waiting list so I did smoke the gelato because of my health condition. That pod wasn’t bad but it’s wasn’t the one I purchased. I had purchased the Tahoe OG which I’ve purchase ALOT but I mainly go to stizzy to avoid these type of issues. I go to smoke the Tahoe OG pod and when I say I know for a fact this wasn’t Tahoe OG. The taste of it seem like Poison. I had hit the pen again to see if I was doing something wrong but no I wasn’t. The pod A/O they had sold me was either not from stizzy store or it was from another store but differently not stizzy product. I had gave them a call at 6am to resolve the problem but the told that they’ll call me once a manager comes in but never called me so I called them again to see what time the manager is usually there but she said the manager still wasn’t there. They said they couldn’t replace it because it was a 3rd party saying I would have to contact the company. When I say my seizure are severe and this is the only product that stops it from being even more severe. I’m all about great costumer service but this place definitely be looked at. If I can please get these replaced or resolved would be greatly appreciated. I don’t lie about customer care and they definitely didn’t solve the issue. I didn’t mean to imply and making this overwhelming for you but that’s how I’m feeling and would please like help

First time here so they showed me what to do.(Sorry i didnt catch their names) no problem. Jasmine working the counter made check out smooth. Great deals and prices. Glad I checked this place out. Prices are a bit high compared to a large store but those are far away from this area, but I still rate it a thumbs up and worth checking out.
