Ok so I normally come in here but today I bought 2 on sale 3.5g from coastal sunIt looked small so I get home and weighed it and it's 2.4. I called and the manager with his sassy sweet self said and quote "well WE don't package it ourselves so if you thinks it's WE that shorted you you're mistaken". And honey before he could continue I hung up on his behind. Lol I'll never be pressed about money and I'll never return off principle. Too many choices so to everyone that watches my tiktoks I'm blasting this location simply because they knowingly are doing this. You can tell by the managers response. Never again. See photos with sealed container and 2.4g even though it clearly says on the bottle 3.5g 😂 I'm a see who owns Flor as well and send them.the recorded call from the manager. Thank God iPhone has the record feature. manager don't need a job.

They've got some good selections but the customer service be a little off. Lady at the front door always has a big ego and her vibe is off everything I come here. They just make it obvious that they just want their money and go home. Security is more polite and chill. If you come sober you'll notice if you come high then maybe you won't notice.

I had a really disappointing experience here. I came in asking for an all-in-one vaporizer (including the battery) since I was heading out on vacation. The person helping me seemed uninterested and unhelpful from the start. When I asked what vaporizer flavors were available, she just stared at me and said, "Indica or Sativa." No further explanation or attempt to guide me through the options. Even when I clearly and very politely asked twice what flavors were available, still got the "Indica" or sativa answer with a very condescending tone.After making my selection, I got back to the car and realized they had only given me a vape pod, not the full all-in-one unit I asked for. The packaging between pods and all-in-ones looks nearly identical, so I didn’t immediately notice the mistake. I went back in, calmly trying to explain the issue, but was met with rudeness and blame.The person at the front desk told me it was my fault for not double-checking the order, even though I clearly communicated what I wanted. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering a solution, she told me I’d have to buy a battery separately and acted like I was being difficult for asking for a simple correction.She eventually got the manager, but by then I already felt extremely uncomfortable. All of this over a measly $15 item. I wasn’t trying to be argumentative—just wanted what I ordered. Unfortunately, the attitude and customer service here made me feel completely unwelcome. I’ll be going out of my way to shop at dispensaries in San Jose moving forward, where I know I’ll be treated with more respect and professionalism. The Supervisor/manager was very nice, but the ladies working there gave me multiple eye rolls, and very unprofessional attitude when just asking for the correct item I ordered, nothing more. They made the mistake, when I clearly told them what I wanted, and then proceeded to make me feel very awkward, all over their mistake. I've never really dealt with such bad customer service before and will be sure to go out of my way to NEVER go here again. Argued with me for a 10$ item, not owning up to their own mistake, lost a customer for life over a 15$ mistake they made and couldn't own up to...instead actively argued with me about it, when I went in not expecting it to be such a big deal.

The overall experience was amazing I moved from Sacramento and was having a hard time finding a club with good prices and product I would highly recommend going the flor I been four times now and every time I get somthing worth while all taxes included and they are not trying to drain your wallet the staff is great just check it out

I don't want to write this but I'm very disappointed in my experience tonight. As a frequent customer who always has a great and friendly experience, tonight staff and security were rude and condescending. I placed an online order for pickup at 9:43pm. I received pickup notification at 9:49pm. I arrived at 9:55pm and was turned away. When I asked questions through the door and explained I just received the pickup notice, I was waived off. The front desk person came over and spoke to me with a condescending tone explaining the dutchie process like I was a child and then walked away- no sorry, no customer service. She said the supervisor said not to let anyone in after 9:50... I was there literally within 5 minutes of my notification. I managed retail for 10 years and would never treat my customers this way. I advise changes be made to the website to not allow order placement after 9:30 or include a disclaimer to say all orders must be picked up by 9:50 if thats the case. I ensured i was there before the posted 10pm closing time and expected to be serviced with kindness.. not whatever that was. Also, a man in the parking lot said he watched them let in 10 people after "closing" at 9:50 including his nephew... so guess it was just my lucky day.

His hospitality was more than gracious, he made me feel comfortable, heard, and taken care of. I’m now a big fan of Flor because of him and the amazing manager who was equally kind and welcoming. From the budtenders Eva who answered our questions with knowledge. And on our second visit we had Ruby who was awesome as well. And then the Register was Teresa who again had a great attitude and we will always recommend.

Just to be clear, the pictures I posted are of two 1/8ths of high THC % Indica flower, a 5 pack of pre-rolls (also very high THC %), a pre-roll "On the House" (as a 1st time customer), 1 glass pipe and 2 glass joint holders. Then a Sr. Citizens Disc. How much do you think I paid for ALL of that? $70 out the door. And great weed, BTW! Carry on...

I bought clones from here and when i got home i noticed they had powder mold. I called to see if i could exchange for other clones and they said they couldn’t exchange or do anything about it. I have never been to a dispensary that sold clones with mold. I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone get clones from here! Shows a lack of care for their product

Staff is friendly and I usually tip the security guard outside for being a service for the community. Flor is a genuine feel, in and out and I've never been disappointed. Thank you Flor.
