This is me at about 8pm. The reason I am writing is bacuse I am hoping on one else gets treated this way again. I am a 60 year old woman. I left my phone at home. After I had just spent over 100.00, I have a flat tire and Perfect Union would only let me use their phone to call a tow truck. I have a spare in the car so why would I call a tow truck when I knew I could get a friend I I could just get home. So I tried asking people for help in side the building and was told I could not ask for help on their property so t went by the gate off there property and started masking for help. Just as the security guard is coming out to tell me "I cannot ask for help from any perfect union customers are there." I got someone to help me. So I ran to his car for help when I closed the car to the car the security guard turned away and went back into the building. I'm sorry this is long but I was in need and I spent over $150 and then the past 2 days and I got no help only if I wanted to get my car towed away. I know they would have been at least two or more gentlemen that would have helped me change my tire in a heartbeat. And I probably would have made their day as well as it made mine. I also believe the prices are quite high I got 14 grams for half price and that's still cost me $38 so what is the full price, plus it wasn't that good. I've gotten better for cheaper. I would like to thank my 75 year old friend Mark for changing my tire for me. God's love is still out there.

I’ve actually never been so frustrated with any store ever in my life before coming here. Ive been coming here for about a year out of convenience because i dont drive. I have ordered 3 batteries from here, multiple disposable stizzy vapes, and vape pods. Out of all of that? The only successful purchases that I had were the stizzy disposables. Every single time I buy a battery its defective and they won’t refund you without the most precise evidence (receipt, card, packaging) even if you JUST walked out the door. I came here today to get a new battery because the one I bought previously from here was not working. Guess what? They say this time its not the battery, but the pod (which I also bought from them) but they cant refund me for the pod because I dont have the packaging and the receipt etc. so this is a total of at least $80 I’ve spent here without receiving anything. I paid at least $25 for the pod, $20 for the battery, $20 to uber there and $20 back to my house WITH NOTHING TO SMOKE. I even called beforehand just for them to still tell me what they told me. I will never come here again. Everyone at Stan State says Firehouse is better and its obvious why.

Budtender and everything was very helpful, I just wish they could get the colors and strains correct on the website because I almost couldn't find what I needed because the colors were off and then today I got 2 hybrid 5 pack jeeters (which online says there hybrid) but once I payed for them I went to my car to look at them they were sativa and I only got hybrid cause I'm more indica dominant but I guess its on me in the long run but I think I'm just going to be alot more careful about what the strain really is lol.

i previously had an annoying experience here a couple years ago… but they’ve really improved so much, they’re my favorite dispensary i’ve ever been to. people are always friendly (i don’t know the worker’s name but they’re shorter, short dark hair, septum piercing, glasses(?)- they’re the best), i LOVE that you can browse the “aisles” like a normal store- takes away the awkwardness of having to ask someone behind a counter for anything you want to look at or ask over and over what the price is, and my pick ups have always been ready on time. good prices, i appreciate the daily deals they do too. seriously, i don’t go anywhere else unless way im out of town. highly recommend.

Absolutely a great service, I spoke to a lady by the name of Jennifer who was very bubbly in her personality and very welcoming, who gave me unbiased advice about their products. She was very knowledgeable about all of the products within the store and how cbd oil and how it works on the body. When explaining the issues that I had she gave me a number of options which had different combinations of products to use. There was no pressure with any of the advice and had drawn on health issues that related to certain products that she used. I felt that I was talking to someone who was very knowledgeableWould use them again, unfortunately flying back to Wales on Saturday. Will find a way of getting this again, unfortunately the UK is a little backward where it comes to cbd products.Thank you for the great advice and what a great service

The place itself is so clean and open, bright, and welcoming. No dark, dingy, sketchy vibe. I always get good deals and get my money’s worth, there’s always sales and promos! And they sale such an array of items from topicals to edibles and everything in between. Its just all around a really awesome place. The products, the environment, and most importantly the tenders and security staff. I will only go here.Only con is you can’t take in your purse lol but very understandable. 💚

I usually have a great experience with no problems however today while purchasing my goodies I noticed I was charged an extra $5.63. I checked my receipt because I use my card and I usually get the option to tip on the card reader display however the budtender Nataly just gave me my total and then asked if I would like a receipt which was odd. I worked at a dispensary myself a couple months ago. A receipt is mandatory. Her face when I said yes to my receipt seemed odd so that’s what made me check my receipt as well. My total with the card charge fee was $61.10. When I checked my bank account the total was $66.73. I went back in there and the manager came out and showed me I was charged a $5.63 tip and apologized to me. I informed her I wasn’t even given the option to tip. She offered me some goodies for the inconvenience and told me it was a system Error? How is that when she clearly clicked her own tip amount! Also I had to wait a LONG time while the manager went back to check the cameras! I wonder how many other people this happens to!! Check your bank accounts because the receipt won’t show you the tip amount stolen from you or the card charge fee!

Nice place friendly staff, but the only problem is is their prices literally went in there for four items and it was $80. If you calculated on your phone it only came out to 59. I don’t know what they’re doing with the rest of the money, but it ain’t worth it.

I actually like this club but I was disappointed on my purchase today. I purchased a 1/2 ounce of lemon boy by Zombi and most of it was shake, stems and the buds that were in there were little baby budlets. I might as well have purchased snicklefritz. I was very disappointed when I had called and was told they weren’t able to do anything for me other than for me to call to the brand, even though I didn’t purchase directly from the brand. I understand that they aren’t in charge of packaging but they should be in charge of knowing their products and knowing what they’re selling. To top it off I know that you can get a FULL ounce of shake for $40.
