Everytime I come in I’m greeted by security and reception. Even when the lobby is full everyone here is really fast and I never have to wait long! They offer online orders as well which is super fast with no waits. Even when they’re busy they never make me feel rushed and I always get the help I need. Alicia is amazing at recommending me products and really breaking things down and explaining things to me. Theirs so many things to know and learn! I love coming here, if you go ask for Alicia! You’ll learn some things :p

Stopped by recently and had an awesome experience thanks to Alicia. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel totally comfortable asking questions — no judgment, just solid advice. They helped me pick out exactly what I needed based on the vibe I was going for.You can tell they actually care about the products and the people coming in. Definitely made the whole visit smooth and chill. I don’t typically write reviews but felt the need to come on here to acknowledge! I’ll be back for sure and I’ll be asking for Alicia, every time.

Omg this place is top class! Not only do they have great products and pricing, the kind people make the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. Been coming here since the opening and I feel like family whenever I walk in. I live in Ventura now so I do hit up the Legendary Oxnard location (which is also great), but I try to make a point to shop up here so I can see my friends 🙂 side note, both locations are gorgeous with the artwork and healthy orchids!!

I’m glad that I live close by but if I needed to I would definitely make a further drive just to come here. They always have what I’m looking for or a good alternative and always great deals going on to. Also a nice place for people of any age!
