Red was so helpful and positive! She was very knowledgeable and had all the info! I am a local and shop at each of our dispensaries in town for different items. I had a cart leak and Red helped me get it replaced quickly and painlessly.

Went to the dispensary planning to shop, but the security guard ruined the experience before I even got inside. I parked in the free lot — the sign clearly says 20 minutes — and told him I’d be back right after using the restroom nearby. Instead of being professional, he jumped on me aggressively and started threatening that my car would be towed. Completely unnecessary. Is this how you treat paying customers? Get better security or lose business.

I get the same thing every week. I usually get it in Myers I consistently get charged the same price. It’s the same price online. I go to this store and get it and it always has a hike on the Price and then when I always show them the online price they say it’s the taxes when actually that math never adds up my suggestion to anyone is just go to Myers and deal with that team cause they’re not gonna do you wrong I won’t ever be coming back to this location !!! I was looking for a product and had asked them for help. And they were looking around the store for it, only to find out it’s out of stock. I ended up choosing something else but they offered other options, and wanted to help.

Good location, good product, great hours, nice cashier, terrible 1st impression.Things to know B4 you go: security is for inside, not ID check, there were 2 customers inside (I couldn't see), one employee gestured that I wait outside, after 5-7 minutes I gestured 'how much longer, from that point, his irritation was clear.I picked up my order, paid, tipped and got out.I ordered a few days after but couldn't make myself go back.I didn't feel at ease.

They must be paying bots for these reviews. Both budtenders acted like I was soliciting them at home selling steak knives when asking for clarification on the menu. Asked another question and got told “ya it’s all on the menu man.” Cool, so why are you even here then? Take your business elsewhere.

Went in to take advantage of their daily deals, signed up online before I got there. Bought 4 west coast cure carts, along with a bunch of other products totaling close to 300, my wife spent another 100. Enjoying the experience cost me the deals apparently, I should have paid more attention to my receipt. When I did check it, I was 25-30 minutes down the road. All is well, most dispensaries will write down your name and make it right the next time you come in, we do have a receipt after all… so I called. They said there is nothing they can do unless I came back in immediately. Come on now. Let’s do better.
