Great store, heard lots of great things, wonderful owners and workers!
Came in at 4:45 pm I came in a week ago and got a coupon to use, I left it at the desk and came back to ask for it. They told me they have found one but then said they said they couldn’t give it out and I asked if they can show me ever using me second time which the cashier told me no I’ve only used the first time. Hollister higher levels have gave me my discounts still after loosing it in there store. The manager just kept saying it’s not possible. So it shows me not using it but they told me no they won’t give it to me I came from Morgan hill an hour definitely not worth the experience or customer service Hollister higher levels and other high levels would actually be better then here on seaside.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience this past Father’s Day weekend was so negative that I feel obligated to speak up.When I walked into the dispensary, I was greeted — or more accurately, not greeted — by a man named Elias at the front desk. I came in with a good attitude, smiled, and asked how he was doing. He completely ignored my question, didn’t make eye contact, and just asked for my ID in a flat, dismissive tone. After I told him I was a returning patient, he looked down, mumbled something I couldn’t hear, gave me my ID back, and gave me a silent thumbs-up.I politely asked him what he had said, and again he mumbled without looking at me and gave another thumbs-up. I apologized and asked him to repeat himself because I genuinely didn’t hear him. That’s when he finally told me I was good to go in.At that point, I asked, “Hey, are you okay?” because his energy and tone were noticeably cold and off-putting. He replied, “Yeah, I’m good.” I said, “You just seem kind of upset — are you sure you’re okay?” and he said, “I’m solid as a rock.”I told him that I hadn’t been there in a while, but I didn’t remember the front desk being so unfriendly, and that maybe he could work on his customer service. That’s when he told me: “I’m security. I don’t have to have customer service. I don’t have to smile.”I was honestly shocked by that response. I told him that regardless of whether he’s security or not, he’s still the first person customers see — and basic friendliness goes a long way. He then said, “Everyone has their own expectations.” I replied that this wasn’t about expectations — this was about respect, and that in most dispensaries, even security staff say hello, smile, and make customers feel welcome.Rather than take any of that to heart, he told me that I seemed very confrontational and that he was choosing not to let me in.I calmly asked to speak to a manager or someone in charge, and as I stepped aside, I witnessed him check in the next several people in line — completely differently. He greeted them warmly, asked how they were doing, explained deals, and even used their names. He was suddenly full of energy and friendliness. So clearly, he can be professional and polite — he just chose not to be with me. That’s what hurt the most.I mentioned that it was disappointing that it took me getting upset for him to finally smile — and he just smiled again, like the whole thing was a joke.This experience absolutely soured my day and put a damper on my Father’s Day weekend. I walked in with good energy, and I walked out feeling disrespected and judged for no good reason.This dispensary really needs to rethink who they have representing them at the front. Whether you're security or budtending, customer service starts the moment someone walks in the door. I won’t be coming back.
Knowledgeable people, great vibes, it was a fun visit, will come back: really love being able to smell the different cannabis strands
The customer service at higher level is exceptional! The staff is knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. Raymundo’s energy and hospitality was exceptional not just for me but for the other customers that were ahead of me, great advice of the weekly deals also!
This is such an amazing dispensary. They have amazing staff that are incredibly kind. The bartender named Catherine even personally decorated her own artwork on a bag for me which was such an extra special gift and blessing. They have amazing deals that are actually really good. Everything is moderately priced and they have great inventory. The parking is also very easy. And my second time coming I got a free vape pen which was actually very amazing also. I am making a review so that I can spin the wheel and see what more God wants to bless me with. I highly recommend this place. Thank you guys so much. Aloha, Ava Elohim
Aysha has helped me many times at this excellent dispo. I sincerely appreciate the staff from the front door all the way to the back! She's a tender that really recognizes, and is compassionate toward, the needs of medical patients.In the era where legalization has really turned capitalism loose on us patients, is nice to be able to count on both the dispensary and it's fantastic employees like Aysha to keep things in balance. Thank you all for every visit, no matter whom I am talking to!When you can't grow your own, this place is a decent second 😘

My first time coming here and G was my Budtender. I had so many questions I gave all my concerns with my health and G recommended some items. Can’t wait to try them. Anyone who is nervous this place is great and welcoming.
Dude was super nice and helpful, loved the environment and people! The only disappointing thing was one of my products. I bought an Almora Jar of pre-rolls that says 14pc 1/2 gram pre-rolls , When I open the jar, there was only 12 and I was missing two

my go-to place, i’m always happy with the people here. a loyal customer, they take good care of me. i find their selection tends to be better than most as well. i love the hours and the discounts! thank you 😊
Lately this place has been a hit or miss. The new guys that work there not the friendliest or most educated on the products. But G, Oscar Lilly, the originals are amazing. But if you get a chance to go and you get one of them, amazing people and knowledgeable.
Quick and easy. I already knew what I kinda wanted and he gave me my options. I chose what I wanted and was out no more than 5 mins in there. Love the friendly vibe you get from higher level. Great staff!!

Parking lot is a bust, if you’re ever in the area I would recommend going anywhere but here! (Canna Cruz/Stizzy) Prices are laughable. the deals are so vague you have to ask, you don’t get any specials for a first time customer/purchase. Overall customer service was inattentive and unprofessional made me feel obligated to never return and may be the last place I would ever recommend to friends and family.
They had a product I couldn't find in Santa Cruz so I ordered online and took the 45 minute drive from downtown sc. Maps brought me directly there despite my near illegal u-turn so thanks Google. Highly recommend ordering online as there was a line outside Friday at 11am. Online ordering got me in without waiting in the line. Quick and easy process for them to get me in their system and into the backroom where they showed me my item and gave me 10% off for being a first time customer. Looked like cash only and parking seemed limited.
