I am not normally the person to write a complaint about a place, but there is literally ZERO reason to go here when you have dispensaries like Cannacruz and SC Flavors less than a mile away. You will spend about ~40-50% less, and are certain to have much better service than here. I’m not even kidding when I say these are the highest prices I’ve seen over several years of visiting different dispos all across the state.

Every other dispensary I have gone to includes Tax in the display price, when you check out at Ohana get ready to see a huge price increase. For a $10 pre roll it will be $15 out the door. For a $30 8th it will be $55 out the door.The female sales person is very nice and non-pressuring, she is very helpful and great at her job. The large male sales person will push you towards products you dont need or require. A woman who said she rarely consumes was directed to purchase a very powerful edible for a short flight when something less potent should have been recommended. Rather than listening to the customer he seems to assume a "I know more than you" attitude and doesnt really treat customers with proper respect in my opinion.The discounts they offer are not accurate. They advertise a 40% discount for new customers but that only applies to a specific portion of your purchase IF YOU ARE A LOCAL. They also claim to offer up to a 20% discount when you spin a prize wheel during your visit, they also pretend to let you spin again, when in reality they ALWAYS apply a 10% IF YOU ASK, it is not OFFERED and you have to ASK to spin the wheel. IF THEY ONLY OFFER YOU A 5% DISCOUNT THEY ARE LYING. In order to have a price similar for the same product at a different dispensary you would need at the least a %15 discount. A $40 8th with a 20% discount still comes out to $42 out the door. The weekly DISCOUNTS ARE NOT APPLIED UNLESS YOU SPECIFICALLY ASK FOR THEM, they will never offer you discounts as part of their sales strategy.The selection of products is very limited. They only carry 3 brands of concentrates Nash, Punch and CBX. These are good brands but they are all top shelf making them not affordable. There is also no shatter available as of now, only 2 types of hash and some sugar. There are only a handful of flower brands that they carry. Only 1 bag of Lowell (1 strain 1 size), only 3 bags of Pacific Stone (all same size). No house brands.There are a few products that are on their website that are not in store, this makes ordering online a gamble. When you show up in the store to pick up your order it will take longer to get out the door than it would if you were a walk in. Someone came in asking for a bundle deal she saw online at the company website, the sales woman did her very best to give this customer the deal as advertised but they had to call the company and confirm which took over 30minutes.Speaking of wait times it is very rare that a customer has a smooth purchasing experience. They put a lot of pressure on the sales ppl to make the process smooth, but at the counter somehow is where the wait time begins to grow. CanaCruz has similar wait times only bc it gets more business.The store is very small and when there are 2 or more customers it gets very crowded since a salesperson works with every customer by standing next to them.The staff overall is very knowledgeable about their products as part of their sales strategy.The security guards are top notch. They do their jobs very well and I have no complaints about their superior work.I would recommend Ohana to older patients who have medical needs. The size of the store, the salesperson's knowledge and the excellent security will help you enjoy your visit.EVERYONE ELSE SHOULD GO ELSEWHERE

The carts recommended to me are extremely mid and taste/feel like trashy delta-8 carts. The bud is way overpriced as well so I didn't buy any at all. Go to Flavors they have amazing prices & selection. Flavors also had a great first time customer discount unlike Ohana's crummy 10%. Would return all this product if I could.

I love coming here to get pre rolls and flower, customer service is awesome. Never had any issues whenever I’d come in. Only issue I have is that they’re out of their Half ounces frequently. Hopefully they get a more shipments soon! The quality of flower I’ve gotten has been excellent. Definitely one of my go to places whenever I’m out.. I’ll be back for more product soon. Just stopped by Reefside after a long day in Santa Cruz. I was greeted at the counter by a dapper gentlemen named Noah who’s was super friendly and easygoing.My bundtender was Stella and I could not have had a better experience. She was extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to, which was helpful as I had no idea what I was looking for. Not only was she helping me but she was training a new employee as well, talk about a multitasker - am I right?If you’re searching for a welcoming and reasonably priced dispensary with amazing people look no further, this is the place.

Tried charging me $10 for a dab tool. Just everything is very overpriced and not the best selection. Update:I was just in and found out that Carlos is no longer working there. Y'all just lost a loyal customer. I'll never be back in there.Carlos at Reedside is awesome!!! He knows what I like when he sees me walk in he tells me all about the new product that he thinks I would like.He is always pleasant and friendly when I am there.In fact I can honestly say if I ever walk in there and I find out he is no longer there will be when I quit shopping there.

I am from out of state and was thrown out because I made a comment in jest, about how I didn't want to use the sketchy ATM since the business is cash only.I've had my debit card information stolen multiple times, so I was half serious.The person working the counter took this comment too personally and threw myself and my friend out.Stores like this are a dime a dozen so I would recommend shopping elsewhere.
