I love Stizzy but This Location has Year old products my flower was packaged 03/16/2023 today is 7/11/2024 the weed was colorless no smell. Look it up I was smoking cbn at this Point it was nothing the workers could do about it but give my money back that doesn’t pay for my travel and time. Don’t go to this Stizzy Stizzy Mission is the Top Stizzy. Hands down.

Don't come here if you don't want the 6'3" door/security person in the rainbow striped puffy coat to sit on the hood of your car. So disrespectful!Even when I approached him, asking him to move, he wouldn't. It wasn't until I got right next to him, and other men at the shop told him to get up at the same time, he stood up. Not cool at all.From another review looks like he has a problem with women. Get rid of this guy!

I wish I can give them zero star, but there is no option for zero star really bad customer service bad attitude. I heard that place. This is the first and last time I will tell to everybody don’t go to that damn store staff are really disrespectful.

Security guard (s) are super nice and greet me with a huge smile every day, especially the young security guard with curly hair. He always does his job, and I notice people who cause trouble or don’t bring their IDs are the rude ones leaving these bad reviews. Very convenient location, one stop shop, right next to the college, SFSU. My niece loves studying at SF State and being able to walk right across the street to Stiiizy to destress from Final Exams.

I’ve always had good experiences with this location but after my last visit, the interaction I had with the young security guard with curly hair (I don’t know his name) made me uncomfortable. I had lost my ID and have been coming in with my temporary ID which nobody had a problem with until I came across him and when I explained that to him he told me that his manager was right there and could hear me. Like okay weirdo, he’s not my manager so I really couldn’t care less what he hears. I understand doing your job but you can do that without being rude and condescending, the older security guards manage to do it. Then he suggested I stand outside and ask other people to purchase it for me. Yea no thanks I’m good off coming to your location

Among those, Ace(black and Filipino curly headed guard) and Romeo, the security guards, and Lilah, the budtender, have particularly stood out and significantly contributed to the welcoming atmosphere of this dispensary.While I see Christopher Monte’s perspective, I must respectfuly disagree with the conclusions drawn in his review. Having frequented this dispensary for years, my experiences have painted a vastly different picture.In my numerous visits, I’ve observed interactions between various customers, including Christopher M, and the staff. On a few occasions, I noticed that Christopher seemed to have misunderstandings or disagreements with the staff, which seemed to stem from miscommunications rather than any fault of the personnel.The staff at STIIIZY Parkmerced, including security guards like Ace and Romeo, and budtenders like Lilah, have consistently demonstrated patience, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to assist and educate their customers.Ace has been a familiar face since my early visits, and his presence is always reassuring. Seeing a young, energetic security guard like him at the door is not just about safety—it’s a sign of the vibrant community that STIIIZY Parkmerced fosters. His conversations are always insightful, leaving me with food for thought and a smile on my face.Romeo, on the other hand, brings his unique charm and warmth to the security team. Together with Ace, they form a duo that ensures not just the physical security of the place but also a sense of belonging and comfort for everyone who walks through the door. It’s refreshing to see such dedication and friendliness in their roles, making every visit feel like a return to a familiar and safe space.

Employees don't know anything about the product, and are too lazy to open the cabinet to check the label. They'll say something is out of stock when they're too stoned to go in the back and get it. The products don't even have prices listed so you have to ask about every single one. Laziest dispenser workers ever.

I gotta say the prices are right for a lot of the products. I like how you see out the door prices on everything and they are good! Plus they have regular sales/deals and for the most part I save money using them vs other places.I get everything from here from edibles/drinkables to concentrates, vapes, and flower. The staff vary in experience but all have good attitude so I pretty much like them all. I rarely give reviews this good but I gotta hand it to the shop they've done right by me!
