I got a disposable wax pen and I tried to bring it back with the case and everything and they said that I smoked the wax inside of it when the pen wasn’t even working I came to return it and tried to get a refund or an exchange but there customer service is horrible and still left with a messed up disposable wax pen

Service is declining especially with this new round of hires. Specifically “Stephan”. Rude, lack of customer service training, and not checking IDs in the online order room leads to inadequate service.Not only was Stephan RUDE to me. No hello no can I help no welcoming at all. Stephan’s lack of effort to look for my order required me to go back out in line in the lobby. ONLY to find out my order was filled and sitting behind Stephan’s head!! Not only was he rude to me but also to the female employee whom corrected his mistake. He shouldn’t be allowed to talk that way to someone who knows more than him and who was correcting his error.Please train the children hired recently better. As a medical patient I do not want to witness rudeness to employees let alone rudeness towards me!!! It makes it a very uncomfortable environment to do business here (I’ve been coming here for YEARS) Hiring a bunch of kids thinking they know it all. Useless. Too many dispensaries to choose from in the area. Please do better.

Prices are higher here. The price said $30, but by the time they rang it up, it was $39. Go to Valley Health Options on Auburn Boulevard. You will not be disappointed. Even after the taxes, it's still cheaper than this place.

I love the customer service here! From the front desk to the bud tenders….everyone is so kind and patient. My husband has stg 4 cancer and the Bud tender spent a good 20 minutes with me suggesting different products that could help him with sleep, pain, and appetite. Several times after placing an order on line that shows a product infused at 53% the, but each time that particular product does not even exist but there was another product at 4o % and reason given is that is the producer who prices the product and therefore nothing can be done. Looks like bait and switch to me. And if the people who sell the product can’t trust the product how can the public? I know that most of these places cater to the middle class, but isn’t there any accountability?

So, as a woman in her 50s, I was completely inexperienced when it came to weed of any type. Diagnosed with a severe bone disease, (Think the Glass charachter in Unbreakable Trilogy), I was recently introduced to weed products as way to assist me with often intolerable pain from breaks, surgeries, and metal bars & screws implanted to repair my bones. I have gained some limited knowledge as to products and preferences but still need input and assistance at times. Then, a friend suggested 1841 El Camino after a difficult experience at "Big Name" places where I regularly spend a lot of money on concentrate products each month.So, I finally tried 1841 and WOW! What I have been wishing for actually exists! I called, wanting to avoid any surprises before my first purchase at 1841. I reached Aaron, who was so helpful, pleasant, and informative, with NO hard sell on products I am not interested in and cannot afford. He took the important, yet limited information that I gave him, and answered all my questions. He also gave me advice and insight to the products and special deals only available at their location. When I asked about my spouse coming in as walking is still difficult sometimes, he gave me additional helpful info.On our arrival, we didn't experience any of the nonsense we typically do at the many competitors we have been trying. We arrived less than a half hour after placing my order and it was ready and accurate. My husband was so happy to avoid all we typically get thrust into. All employees were helpful to him, Aaron in particular again. What a great first experience. I called after leaving, and spoke to Victor. He was kind and patient, and took time to listen to why we were so pleased.None of these employees could know I do these reviews or that I am a Local Guide who may get a tiny bit of extra exposure. When I called later to ask a question about doing a review, Sergio encouraged it and spoke highly of his employers. 1841 CARES about customers and its staff!! Won't matter overall but they lost a loyal customer today. Bought a cart yesterday and while using it today I went to unscrew it (with normal force) and the whole thing shattered in my hand. I called them to ask about cart exchange policy and explained the situation. The representative on the phone told me to just bring the original packaging in and they would replace it. Well when I got there they said it was "user error" and insunated that I had dropped it and was just looking for a freebie. Had to buy a replacement, but will never use them again and will tell others to avoid from now on.

Great staff and security. Well run facility. It's my go-to. Right down the street. I must say I'm there often enough. I tend to buy the lowest price stuff cause it gets the job done just fine! Not to say the expensive stuff isn't purdy! I just can't see the need, I may as well roll my money up and smoke it like I joint! Lol.Carts and batteries are also available, a variety of brands. Staff is always available to help. If one can't, another can kinda vibe. I'm comfortable here. Come on in and see what all the fuss is about.

I've been to this location a few times. I like the huge parking lot but don't like their check in system for online order before 1pm. They hand you a pool floaty and you get in line with walk ins. Three people ahead of me were helped because no one would acknowledge that I had the floaty piece. Odd. Prices are great and staff was friendly once I was helped.
