I’ve been coming here for a few months now and everyone’s been super cool and nice. But tonight there was this blonde old lady that was very rude. I wanted to get a price check on 2 different carts due to my budget but when asking for the strain she yelled out “what kind?” About 4 times from across the room, very rude and loud along with rolling her eyes. It was happy hour so it was very packed and loud but that isn’t a reason to act like that. And then she had the audacity to laugh when I explained the situation

The blonde girl who worked there tonight was not nice to me at all. She didn’t even respond when I tried to talk to her about the products, which was quite frustrating. It gave me anxiety because I felt like I was forcing her to do something she didn't want to do. I eventually left and went to Off The Charts on Palm Canyon Drive, where the girl there was completely different. She was very helpful in assisting me with what I needed, asked about my preferences, and made me feel comfortable about buying my medication.

This place has really come along way ever since the manager Jack started working there. The bad apples have been weeded out and all the current staff are nothing but pleasant and knowledgeable.
