I have personally never had any issues here and the selection and layout is decent.Every dispensary is different and this one is alright. Not sure if they got new staff but even the security guard was friendly to me every time.
This place is a horrible us as customers just want a nice fast experience we don’t care about yall having attitudes this business will not be there long by having lack luster employees in the front handling customers.
Hands down the worst experience TWICE of any dispensary ever. First time I went was for a brand which is hard to find - it was on their website & Weedmaps. It took an hour to get there. Did not have the brand. Told me to call next time. Left without buying anything. Today I called ahead, they have it. Another hour long trip. From the moment I arrive, I let them know I checked in but never bought anything the last time I was there and wanted the FTP discount of 30%. I repeated this twice to the security guard. Go to the counter - security guard comes up again to ask about being there 1st time though I just repeated it twice to him at the door. . Hard to see the things in the case because their lunch was all over it. Find the brand, the clerk rings it up, does not include the 30%. I let them know that I was a FTP and that I wanted the 30% discount. Clerk tells me he gave me the 10% discount because I did not give him the Weedmaps code and that he couldn't change it because he had already put it into the computer and APPARENTLY once entered NOTHING can be changed and that they could only give me the 10% discount. I left and I'll never come back again. Bars don't have a bunch of drunk bartenders, how about not being so stoned you can barely speak and just stand there slack jawed repeating Computer says no. The dispensary is a mess, the employees are stoned out of their minds and they don't really care. Thanks for wasting 4 hours of my time I'll never get back but at least you didn't get one cent from me. Do better.
The black girl is always so effing rude. She doesn’t help when you ask questions about a product, low energy, makes annoyed face expressions, is rude when you ask anything just even trying to pay for my product she starts getting annoyed… to be honest i doubt management gives a f either because why would you still have an employee who is pushing customers away still work there?. They also stopped taking apple pay?? Instead of asking for the cvc number of my card bring back apple pay. Shop went downhill this year. i put all my friends on to this shop and they dont even offer a discounts or anything for the person who is bringing in the new customer… thats whack. All the shops ive been to offer something to their loyal customers who bring in new customers. They dont even promote the deals that they have going on, you would have to ask an employee. Sometimes they wouldnt even know. Just recently they started to post it up, sometimes it’s not posted up there. Just gonna start going to the shops in Boyle heights, they know how to take care of their loyal customers
Be careful shopping here, the products are misleading and there is no return policy. I bought over a 100 dollars in product, when I realized the stuff was THCa instead of delta 9 I asked if I could return or exchange it and they said no. I literally hadn’t walked out the store, still had the receipt and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. You would be better going somewhere else, these people are profit above service and I doubt the products would be as reliable as other shops.
Quick and easy service. Mariah was helpful in suggesting which edibles would match my mood. Deep selection. Looking forward to coming back.
I went in the other day and the music was too loud and the retail worker was rude. I picked up a tincture I’d bought before and was intrigued by something else in the cbd section. I read it over and it sounded healthful and helpful. I brought my two items to the employee and asked her what this other “pack” was? She asked me: “why?” I didn’t get her asking me that as she’s supposed to be knowledgeable of the products. She then said: “why do you want to know?” I responded: “because it sounds helpful.” She then read over this pack and started to explain something about dosages and as I started to ask follow up question she realized that it was a promotional pack of playing cards. She didn’t apologize for it being there or causing confusion. I began to have a health flair up because the volume was so loud and the whole interaction felt awful, so I left but then came back in to buy the medical/cbd tincture I needed. The employee watched me during the tip section on the iPad — I didn’t give one. If you need cbd products go elsewhere.
