As a frequent shopper at Kushagram over the last 10 months, I’ve noticed some significant changes in the store’s operations, and while I appreciate the direction they’re heading in, there’s still a lot of room for improvement.Kushagram has transitioned from a traditional cannabis store where all products were behind the counter to a more modern setup with display containers up front. Unfortunately, the execution hasn’t fully caught up with the vision. The store often feels understaffed, leading to issues with keeping the inventory up to date. This results in the store looking almost empty at times, with empty boxes and packets on display that may not even be in stock. I’d suggest they invest more in marketing, signage, and a more structured format to better serve customers.One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced is with the online ordering system. Typically, I order online and pick up in-store, but the process isn’t as smooth as it should be. There isn’t a clear system for handling online orders separately from in-store orders. Many times, I’ve walked in to pick up my order and found no one at the counter for online pickups. The staff member handling in-store orders often has to step away to assist, causing delays.This issue is compounded when the store is busy. I’ve sat in the lobby with others who also have online orders, and I’ve noticed that the order in which customers are called up isn’t always based on who arrived first. This can be frustrating when you’ve been waiting and someone who arrived after you gets their order before you. A better system, perhaps one where customers check in via a tablet that logs their arrival time, would help ensure that orders are processed in the order they came in. Additionally, separating delivery orders from in-store pickups would streamline the process further.On the positive side, Kushagram offers great pricing, especially compared to nearby dispensaries. For example, West Coast Cures pre-rolls are $10 here, while I’ve seen them priced at $16 elsewhere. So, if you’re budget-conscious, Kushagram is definitely a good choice.However, while the pricing is competitive, the operational side of things could use a lot of work. If they can improve their customer service systems and inventory management, Kushagram has the potential to be an even better dispensary.

I've had knockoff product given to me at least 3 times at this place. Beware they'll give you a couple real products and put fake ones in real packaging. I feel like this place used to not be like this maybe I was just lucky or didn't notice before. They need to be investigated

Worst service ever was blacklisted for no reason. After taking two buses and getting there they said I can order online which is $50 minimum after going through security check and everything and sitting there and I asked why they said a budtender complained about me being rude when I usually tip every time and who is rude in a weed shop the vibe was always good until today I thought I was going to jail. I was not spend a penny at this business or any of their locations ever again

the website is misleading. they don’t take debit until after 4, but don’t notify you of this until you place your order. doesn’t leave a lot of time to get cash, if you’re able to at all. same thing for doorstep. they offer it, but not all drivers do it. again, not telling you until you’ve placed your order. last 3 orders with them have SUCKED. 0/10.

Woke up early and placed my order so that I could hopefully get it faster, and I’ve been waiting over 2 hours without a message from the driver. I called and the customer service lady was short with me, saying they’re busy and they’ll get to me when they can. They definitely lost their $10 tip, and lost my business as well.

Takes 3hrs to confirm your order for delivery. Wrong hours of operation. Deliveries take over two hours to confirm in the morning and they cancel your orders last minute at night. I ordered at 9pm last night and my order was canceled by them at 9:55p. No call no curtesy NOTHING. They’ve changed they used to have it very together. ALSO, I know what happened. I know they ran out of inventory instead of a courtesy call and asking if I want some thing else nothing. I know because I ordered three items on the app doesn’t let you order less than $50 and in my canceled order, there was only one item in it now. They lost my business and I went straight to the bureau of cannabis control. Penalize them and have them change their hours to reflect their working hours.

Used to love this place, great service great prices, now they no longer have their $15 deals at all and alsomake it to where you have to order online in advance to what you want to purchase, then when you get there they make you wait forever before finally bringing you your stuff. I hate this model. Bring back the workers inside this online only is horrible
This place is great. The products are awesome. My only beef is that people crash into you and door ding you in this parking lot. There used to be security guards in the parking lot. What happened to them?

Place has gone down a lot lately. Delivery service has become a joke with it randomly closing during business hours and taking 3-4 hours when it used to take 30 minutes -1.5 hour max. In person service has turn into some lame “virtual” shop where you aren’t allowed to look at any of the product before you order it. And this isn’t because of some new law, no this is because “some shops in Orange County do it”. Place has become a joke. Such a shame because the in person staff(delivery has some lames) is really nice and helpful. Don’t waste your time and money here, there’s 5 other shops within a 2 mile radius.

Kushagram delivery fell off. The efficiency of deliveries is still good for my area, but the product is boof. I can see that their storefront has top shelf still, but I wasn't a storefront customer. Doesn't make sense as i live in an area with one storefront, and the rest is delivery. They also offered an extremely limited stock, I'd only be able to order one eighth of certain strains which I find to be laughable because I can get an ounce of most flower when I'm ordering elsewhere. I may check out the storefront, but I won't be using the delivery anymore

Every day myself and multiple people I know, do not get their orders for over 4 hours. They do not answer the phone. They don’t answer questions and they change their policies daily. If you call them during operating hours they do not answer, I have been on hold for nearly two hours and it’s not the first time. Don’t waste your time with this company.

Didn’t catch his name before I left -but just now an employee realized I gave him an extra $10 and he made sure to tell me. I appreciate honesty and that made me feel awesome and valued as a customer, especially after a bad experience with another dispensary here. (Other dispensary sold me bad carts and when I told them, they insulted me about the amount of money I spent.) This place is awesome 👏 thank you all for being so cool and friendly. Blessings

Wish I could leave a no star review. My partner and I have been sitting with no order progress for 2 hours today. I understand its 4/20 but some people rely on this service to function and still have to work on the weekends. We’ve tried to call several times and can’t cancel the order. Used to love these guys but avoid them now and only tried again because it’s kind of a high need situation. So thanks kushagram for helping with my needs today (sarcasm if you can’t get that)

Every time I interact with the employees they are more then helpful, always courteous, and actually have knowledge on bud. Some might have areas of expertise others don't. But they know their products. I always say you should choose their in house brand over anything else because their that good (and the pictures here, are more accurate than 90% of their competitors). Today I had the pleasure of being helped by Aaron who took my order. 10/10 service every time, like I had today. Best delivery service in LA for the price 💯
