Went here for 1st time since backpack Boyz closed and was surprised they had as good or better choices and equally priced so I was very happy, and there's a employee, Geraldo? I call him "G" as I don't recall his Christian name but he was very kind, courteous and helped me by going outside several times to make sure my product(batt vape) was working.. I've found my new "plug" and it's as good or better than the old plug.. thank you G, see you in few days.. this is a 5 star joint..

Overall the environment felt welcoming from the moment I stepped in. Thanks you, Isaiah✌️ You make me want to work for the company!!!The only reason I give this 4 stars is the price. I understand Tax but the deals seem almost pointless(IN MY OPINION) Other stores I've been to are flat prices. Most of them I can get more product for what I spent at Haven today. I will come back because their loyalty rewards are some of the best I've seen!

I always enjoy coming to this location. With all the options for dispensary in the area this one stands out from the others. One key point is the staff, they are all very friendly and knowledgeable but Lovings seems to go above and beyond, taking the time to show me there favorite picks of the week to my favorited products. Had such an enjoyable time today with Leilani. Didn’t really know what I was wanting but she advised me perfectly. Would definitely recommend Haven to anyone wanting a huge variety of items to choose from.

Hannah was SUPER helpful! She explained the differences between the different edibles they had (which was what I came in for). I ended up getting more items because she was so knowledgeable and HONEST! She admitted that there were some products that she had NOT tried, so she couldn’t give me an opinion about them. She was also honest about the products that weren’t necessarily her favorite. However, she did tell me about some of the best selling items and the items she DID like! She also informed me of the items that were on sale. This was my first time there and thanks to Hannah, I had an AMAZING experience. I will definitely return!

He was very helpful when I came in and I just wanted to do what I can to try and make sure he fit the $5 credit for the positive review. Super disappointed at the fact that they wouldn’t allow 6 of us to go in at 9:35pm because we were considering “new” customers, please keep in mind that we have been to multiple other havens and therefore we are returning not new, the front desk person and the manager clearly didn’t want to be working. We drove to the Norwalk location and they were happy to take us in and with only 3 minutes before closing. I would recommend you guys have better customer service or at least pretend to care. Honestly if I could give a 0 star I would.

Called from across town to make sure they had the item. The person who answered the phone checked and said they had the item. Drove all the way there and they did not have it.Sounds like they never had it to begin with. They said we could send you to another store and "Sorry about that". They need to get their act together when communicating with potential customers. I told them I no longer trust them for info. They wasted my time, my gas and now I won't call again. I would advise anyone calling to get a salesperson/manager on the phone to ensure you are getting the right information.

Nice looking building, much larger than the storefront shows. Came here for the first time to restock and I usually get delivered through another service, but this place came up on my radar and wanted to give it a try.The guard was pleasant checking you in, and makes sure to let you know that you get a free gift for walking in the first time. Once you got checked in you're put on a list to have someone assist you in case you're new or just ready to check out. I had already grabbed the things I was there for and the wait wasn't long.Katelin got me through the checkout process fairly quickly and she was also very pleasant to work with.If you haven't been to a dispensary before and this one is local to you, give it a look. There's parking in the rear and a door as well so you don't have to walk all the way to the front.

It’s already tacky that the world’s largest store sign says “your neighborhood… “..And to add to the ghetto vibe of this place, now there’s a huge sign in the corner intersection.Thank God the local liquor stores and nearby smoke shops have chosen to be classy and not market their addictive products to children, those dealing with addiction, those trying to raise their families without the influence of drugs and alcohol — legally sold or not.
