I went in here yesterday, looking for some top shelf sativa they had absolutely nothing all the drawers were empty for top shelf. They had a couple mid grade bags, but that stuff is nasty and leaves and nasty high. I guess this is a front for something.

Eddie helped me and did an absolute 5/5 job with his service as a Budtender, heard and catered to my needs as well as provided insightful adaptive input towards making a decision in selecting a product. I smoke for medicinal reasons and its not always easy finding a budtender who can really hear you out and personally cater their assistance for you. The Shop is nice; very chic, modern design, borderline too much glass as a result of this, displays=/=availability:( however very good supply for Dabs&Rosin. Ed's on the Wall in the entrance(Ed, Edd, n' Eddy), instant +1 star😂🔥

I’ve been a regular at HerbNJoy for months. Carlos always welcomes me in a friendly matter. He knows his stuff. On my last visit, I asked if there were any other strains to try, but they reluctantly told me their variety was pretty thin. It was a bit disappointing. I love the team’s energy and expertise. I just wish they had a broader selection. With more choices on the shelves, HerbNJoy would be unbeatable.

Moved down to the Otay Mesa area in March. Still discovering all the new dispensaries, but this is my new favorite. Amazing first time deals and lots of variety for you and your wallet. Budtenders spend their time with you and answer all your questions. Would definitely recommend.

She had a friendly approach and great customer service. I asked if she tried certain products and she was able to share her experience with them, she seemed knowledgeable and was very helpful.
