We stopped at the Story in south Chandler. It was my first time visiting this dispensary. I just wanna give a shout out to Juan Alvarado for his fantastic customer service. He pointed me in the right direction in getting what I wanted and needed. I’ll definitely be coming back to this spot again.

Worth the drive from Gilbert. GO!!FYI: I am a 50+ year stoner with iron lungs. But, OMG, this grower FADE and their strain “THE SOAP x PROJECT P4516” @ 30.41 THC & 3.46 terpenes, is taking me to places I have never been!

This dispensary is the Only one I go to after years of messing with other ones. This place really rocks and they care about their customers. Today they gave free grab bags with a Full gram cartridge, eighth of flower and a bag of 10 gummies!! Unbelievable!! No other dispensary has ever given me anything like that thank you oasis. I give a 10 star rating 🥳. Highly recommend going there..

They don't carry abundant organics. Which sucks. But besides that whoever they have answering the phone over there I could barely understand. Looks like a big company bought out a smaller company and ruined it LOL.

Pretty bad first experience here today , came in around 1:30 pm for the first time with a good friend, long story short the bud tender in the glasses and beanie rushed both of us out the door so fast we barely even got to look at the strains ,companies ext , the guy just stood in the corner waiting as me and my friend were asking eachother questions out of confusion with no help at all , I think he realized he was being rude and tried to make small talk but it was pretty obvious he either just wanted to go home or just expected two more people looking for the cheapest thing possible and I get it but if it weren’t for the other employees and the environment I don’t think I’d even consider going back

Ever since Oasis changed to Story it's been nothing but issues. Bad deals, bad flower, bad service, inconsistent service, power tripping security guards etc. Even if you order online they never retrieve your items. You never get a text telling you it's ready ti pick up, and when you get there they don't even have it prepared. I'd recommend avoiding this dispensary as your main shop. If you HAVE to stop by, then I'm sure you'll get what you need...but compared to any other dispensary in the area this is 100% the lowest tier.

One of the worst dispensaries we’ve ever been to. Corporate is making these budtenders share tips!? That’s ridiculous! The lobby is incredibly unwelcoming. Not to mention when you drive up to it, it looks like a boarded up prison from the outside. I’ve had better experiences at The Mint.

Came to Story’ Cannabis’ grand opening and they had fire medicine and great BOGO deals on EVERYTHING and food truck with free food w/ purchase which was great but honestly the security guard was so disrespectful and rude for no reason at all and proudly informed me she does her job which I was surprised to find out that is apparently to call the cops on disabled patients who park close to pick up without speaking to anyone. I found that very strange and disturbing but whatever it’s still good vibes. Just beware of the rude surprise cop calling goofy security who is obviously disgruntled at work.
