been coming here for 2 years. Staff is great and remember you, greet you, etc. Selection is usually pretty ample, I suggest ordering online so you can see all the options and get in and get out. Usually there's not much of a wait unless there's an event like 4/20 or extremely good deals. Lots of places to sit if you're waiting, pretty big parking lot, and always a chill environment.

BEWARE!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!! Never got to share my experience from a few weeks ago before I left for a work trip. I drove almost 1hr to this location and after arriving over 15 minutes prior to closing I was told i was not allowed in. There were customers in the store and it was well before closing time. I could see if I was there a minute or two before closing even then when you live in the poconos it can be a long drive to get anywhere. But to be turned away from receiving the medication I use for my anxiety on a daily basis which is why I paid for a medical card is beyond unacceptable. I was more than a loyal customer to them and the previous named KCR. I am not usually one to leave reviews but this is by far the worse experiences I have had.. very disappointed since I was a loyal customer who spent thousands of dollars at this location over the last few years . I have been and will continue to take my business elsewhere. But thought everyone should know don’t waste your time driving there even if you work late and only have so many opportunities to go. find another place that will not turn you away after driving 1hr and being there well before closing time. It is flat out unacceptable and rude of the man who told me to beat feet didn’t even want to hear that I just drove a hour.

I love the deals here, they have the best deals and i love it. I drive from wind for their deals sometimes. Although I'm gunna say it, there is a male that works there that makes me and my girlfriends very uncomfortable when I/we go in. He stares and makes very inappropriate comments. I've caught him SHAMELESSLY staring at my non existing behind, and was not happy. I'm used to looks, but I'm in a place where I expect more professionalism. The comments and looks, that's not OK. I already have severe anxiety and It's not okay to make comments or ask for pool pictures from my girlfriends and I, he asked us to take pictures of ourselves at the pool and send them to him 😑 like bruh. Next time if it happens again and if I see him again, unfortunately I'll have to make a complaint to them there about this particular male. He shouldn't be treating any patient that comes through those doors, like he treated my friends and I.

This medical dispensary was the first one I ever went to. They have decent products, the staff is very knowledgeable, I haven't been since they changed their name from Keystone Canna to The Apothecarium. when it was KCR, it felt like I was in a box or in a laboratory/basement whenever I was there. it wasn't a comfortable environment, and their prices could be lower. there are other dispensaries in our area that have more affordable products, the same products, for a lower price and the feeling is a lot warmer inside.

Since The Apothicarium took over Keystone Canna Remedies everything has gone downhill. Discontent attitudes have started, as well as eating and drinking behind the bud counter (gross). Employees seem more irritated and their prices absolutely SUCK! Overpriced garbage 6 days a week. You have to shop every day to get a decent price on ALL products, that's ridiculous! It's like going to CVS and your blood pressure med is $5 on Monday, $70 on Tuesday, $30 on Wednesday, $125 on Thursday...you get the point. THE PRICES SHOULD STAY STEADY! Ascend in Scranton is the place to be if you want your money to go a lot farther. The Apothicarium is driving their customers away...sad.

Yall are stepping on your own feet, and losing business. All the other dispensaries open at 8 am or 9 am, except for a select few. These are supposed to be places we get our "medicine". This dispensary I go to every week a good bit and I’ve been pretty satisfied just think you guys need to add back moxie vapes, other dispensaries around have them and we all love those carts and more bulk deals.I left four stars at the moment because I just bought a puffco peak og less than a month ago only a couple weeks now and I opened it and charged it and would have used but the battery just blinks different colors then shuts off & won’t work at all, it’s a brand new purchase I would simply like to trade it in for another one, you can see on account i did buy it very recently so there shouldn’t be a problem with that but I can’t return it to puffco for another one since I bought it at your dispensary. I’ll update/edit review if support helps me with this? I dab a lot so am very disappointed I cannot buy dabs until I figure this out:( help please…

I personally will never go here again. Went in for the first time yesterday. They literally had no cbd:thc smokeables. Prices are much higher than other companies, lack of ability to even see a menu. Lady who waited on me just started pushing what she liked. Saying do you want night time or day time strains. Hey lady, every strain effects people different. Give me a strain that makes my ptsd worse and I’m going to have huge problems. She was not the pharmacist and should not have been offering advice. 9/28 I went in to grab a few items including 2g of black afghan crumble from Rythm. When i got home i realized it not only wasn't crumble but it was only half the volume i was supposed to receive. I promptly called the store which no one answered I left the detailed message which no 1 responded to. So today I went back to the store to swap it out and I was given a website not even a phone number or an email address or detailed contact information and was told that I need to contact the supplier. So i can wait it out or just take the loss so i can medicate. I will never be back. Bethlehem is so much better and would have worked to resolve this.

Me and my husband have been coming here for over a year and the staff has always been very friendly and professional but because of one very rude and disrespectful floor supervisor with an authority trip named Crystal we will no longer be spending any of our money at Keystone Canna Remedies ever again. We complained to the management and they seemed not to care if customers are treated rudely by Crystal. Very sad because we never had any complaints until we met her. We also called and wrote a letter to TerrAscend who is their parent company about this situation. Horrible way to treat customers who spend over $300 a week in your location, the Manager's should be ashamed of themselves. Don't waste your time here go somewhere else where they treat customers with respect!

They never have anything good in stock. Never have consistency. How am I supposed to find something that works for me when they never have a strain more than a day or two. They never give deals to existing customers but will basically give new customers 50% off every other week. All they care about is bringing in more customers and could care less about the customers they already have... I officially stopped going and have switched my business over to beyond hello. It takes a few extra mins to get what I want there but they always have a great selection and 8 out of 10 times will have consistency. Way better choice than keystone !

Not a bad dispensary! I’ve been to a few dispensaries in bucks county that had points programs which were great! I was really confused recently when I went to use my points but was told there is a $5 minimum for the points. So if you use them and the total comes to $3 you can’t use the points because it’s too low and have to pick something else? I was really shocked considering I’ve been apart of a few rewards programs that never did this and even let me get some flower for free because my points all added up. It just sucked seeing that considering there are only two dispensaries near me, I was hoping for a better rewards program.

Worst selection, worst sales, worst service from any PA dispensary I have been to. I have been sold the wrong product. I have been sold EXPIRED product. I have had to ask for the discount they advertise for a holiday and have been made to feel like a hassle when doing so. I have been ignored by several e-mails. If you HAVE to go here I get it, but if you have other options, I strongly recommend spending and SAVING money elsewhere. Traveling to Scranton or Lehigh Valley area will be worth the trip and save you a lot of money on the long run.

BEWARE!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!! Never got to share my experience from a few weeks ago before I left for a work trip. I drove almost 1hr to this location and after arriving over 15 minutes prior to closing I was told i was not allowed in. There were customers in the store and it was well before closing time. I could see if I was there a minute or two before closing even then when you live in the poconos it can be a long drive to get anywhere. But to be turned away from receiving the medication I use for my anxiety on a daily basis which is why I paid for a medical card is beyond unacceptable. I was more than a loyal customer to them and the previous named KCR. I am not usually one to leave reviews but this is by far the worse experiences I have had.. very disappointed since I was a loyal customer who spent thousands of dollars at this location over the last few years . I have been and will continue to take my business elsewhere. But thought everyone should know don’t waste your time driving there even if you work late and only have so many opportunities to go. find another place that will not turn you away after driving 1hr and being there well before closing time. It is flat out unacceptable and rude of the man who told me to beat feet didn’t even want to hear that I just drove a hour.

Although I'm gunna say it, there is a male that works there that makes me and my girlfriends very uncomfortable when I/we go in. He stares and makes very inappropriate comments. I've caught him SHAMELESSLY staring at my non existing behind, and was not happy. I'm used to looks, but I'm in a place where I expect more professionalism. The comments and looks, that's not OK. I already have severe anxiety and It's not okay to make comments or ask for pool pictures from my girlfriends and I, he asked us to take pictures of ourselves at the pool and send them to him 😑 like bruh. Next time if it happens again and if I see him again, unfortunately I'll have to make a complaint to them there about this particular male. This medical dispensary was the first one I ever went to. They have decent products, the staff is very knowledgeable, I haven't been since they changed their name from Keystone Canna to The Apothecarium. when it was KCR, it felt like I was in a box or in a laboratory/basement whenever I was there. it wasn't a comfortable environment, and their prices could be lower. there are other dispensaries in our area that have more affordable products, the same products, for a lower price and the feeling is a lot warmer inside.

Since The Apothicarium took over Keystone Canna Remedies everything has gone downhill. Discontent attitudes have started, as well as eating and drinking behind the bud counter (gross). Employees seem more irritated and their prices absolutely SUCK! Overpriced garbage 6 days a week. You have to shop every day to get a decent price on ALL products, that's ridiculous! It's like going to CVS and your blood pressure med is $5 on Monday, $70 on Tuesday, $30 on Wednesday, $125 on Thursday...you get the point. THE PRICES SHOULD STAY STEADY! Ascend in Scranton is the place to be if you want your money to go a lot farther. The Apothicarium is driving their customers away...sad.

9/28 I went in to grab a few items including 2g of black afghan crumble from Rythm. When i got home i realized it not only wasn't crumble but it was only half the volume i was supposed to receive. I promptly called the store which no one answered I left the detailed message which no 1 responded to. So today I went back to the store to swap it out and I was given a website not even a phone number or an email address or detailed contact information and was told that I need to contact the supplier. So i can wait it out or just take the loss so i can medicate. I will never be back. Bethlehem is so much better and would have worked to resolve this.

Me and my husband have been coming here for over a year and the staff has always been very friendly and professional but because of one very rude and disrespectful floor supervisor with an authority trip named Crystal we will no longer be spending any of our money at Keystone Canna Remedies ever again. We complained to the management and they seemed not to care if customers are treated rudely by Crystal. Very sad because we never had any complaints until we met her. We also called and wrote a letter to TerrAscend who is their parent company about this situation. Horrible way to treat customers who spend over $300 a week in your location, the Manager's should be ashamed of themselves. They never give deals to existing customers but will basically give new customers 50% off every other week. Not a bad dispensary! I’ve been to a few dispensaries in bucks county that had points programs which were great! I was really confused recently when I went to use my points but was told there is a $5 minimum for the points. So if you use them and the total comes to $3 you can’t use the points because it’s too low and have to pick something else? I was really shocked considering I’ve been apart of a few rewards programs that never did this and even let me get some flower for free because my points all added up. It just sucked seeing that considering there are only two dispensaries near me, I was hoping for a better rewards program.

I have had to ask for the discount they advertise for a holiday and have been made to feel like a hassle when doing so. I have been ignored by several e-mails.
