This place is just pushing mostly SECHE product so the menu looks bland....prices are all the same no matter the quality of weed...it wasn't worth it. I could buy an ounce at trulieve for the price of a half here.

Went for an order on one of the worst days of my life- and i placed an online order (which i have consistently been doing with beyond-hello), and i was already dreading the thought of even seeing another human or going into the public but i knew i had to gather the strength inside so i would be able to get my much needed medicine, when i arrived i was sent to a station and the person Tiff(any) couldn't have been kinder and more understanding of the emotional wreck i was/still am. She was so kind about everything, had my order ready that i had placed, and was able to answer all the questions about different products i was inquiring about- but not only great sale service, she made it a point to treat me with patience, sympathy of what i had just been hit emotionally and was so kind it still has me shocked in a good way about the kind humanity still left in this world. I wish everyone could show this type of seemingly effortless kindness, respect, and compassion with everyone- this would be a much happier world.

As much as i love beyond hello as a whole, this location needs to figure their stuff out. I have been the only patient in the building and yet still wait over half an hour to get called in and end up having to leave without my medication sometimes. this has happened the last 5 times i've gone, and have now switched dispensaries even though this is monumentally the closest to me. They tell you they are understaffed, but that they are not hiring. Personally, my only issue with beyond hello is this location. I have heard from other beyond hello employees at other locations that this is not the first or hundredth time they have heard this, and seem to be equally frustrated by the reputation being built in NoLibs due to the service. It is not that i mind waiting at all, but when there is seemingly no reasoning for it, and there is 1 person working the entire floor and still doesn't call the only patient in the building in for multiple tens of minutes. It makes you want to choose literally anywhere else to go if you want to get in and out in under 45 minutes.

I have been going to this location very regularly for the past year. The staff is very nice and efficient. I utilize their curbside pick-up and online order pick-up in store, and have never had any issues! Everyone is friendly and service has never disappointed me. As someone who deals with social anxiety I can say this store does a great job with their daily customer interactions. Their point/customer reward system to save money off is also a perk!

The budtenders, especially the self styled “indica queen”, are what keeps me coming back.Stock, pricing, and rewards aren’t specific to this BH location, but they’re always really good about pickups if you order ahead.Try here or Restore Fishtown, other city dispensaries are too much of a pain.

The staff at the No Libs location is super friendly and knowledgeable! This most recent time I went to pick up an online order….. I buzzed the receptionist from outside to unlock the door. I went over to the door and it was locked so I buzzed her again and the same thing happened, the door was still locked. So, 8 buzzed a third time and she screamed at me through the speaker in the nastiest tone. I went inside and she tried to argue/yell at me calling me an idiot…. I was already having a rough day and almost burst into tears. The other staff apologized for the door being confusing and everyone else was super nice but now im anxious to go back 😩

Fishtown location — bought over $400 of product, so obviously didn’t break into everyday that day. TWO DAYS LATER I open an 1/8th of buds (I broke the seal) and it was empty. I went back and not only was the receptionist was rude but didn’t believe me. No refund, no apology, told me to call their distributor. They didn’t check my receipt, didn’t look at my ID, didn’t look to see I’ve been a customer for 2 years and have spent thousands there with no issue. I think they forget this is MEDICAL in PA. Truly sad. If they think I’m going roll over and take this, get a clue. Don’t go here unless you’re okay accepting an defective or incorrect product, Restore is right around the corner.Update- management called me and made it right, i can really appreciate good service. Been coming for about six months, nothing but good things to say staff very friendly and helpful.... Visited 7/6..my phone rings I answered and the security guard approaches me physically taps me on my shoulder to let me know to hang up.... I immediately hang up and apologize and told the staff they should put signs up visible and get security more sensitivity training... He is dealing with people that have many issues .. Depression, PTSD, anxiety.. and a lot of other things so people should never get their personal space violated or touched....... I have to find a new home dispensary... ????

I visited the northern liberties location and would not return. The staff that checks you in were talking about how much cash the store generated (25k) the previous day, which was something I felt they shouldn’t be taking about in ear shot of customers. The person who helped me with picking up my prescription was more concerned with getting my business than helping me as a patient. I was hounded about the fact I typically go to a dispensary closer to my house. I was told that my dispensary is their competition, which again, is none of my concern as a patient. I’m there to get medicine and leave. I won’t be coming back here. I hope for future patients sake that they work on decorum among their employees and start to focus on patient care rather than their cash intake. 2 stars because the product themselves were fine, but seriously don’t go here.

I used love this place but I will never come back ever again or recommend to anyone.I placed an order online after they were close . It was a sale going on so I purchased 2 items since I got a good price.I checked out and I got a message that my order was ready to pick up the next morning.I went to the store to pick up my order .I brought cash with the total I was given when I did the purchase.To my surprise that changed the price on my and charge me full price because the sale ended the night before even though I bought it while the sale was still happening.The person that was helping me ask what I assume was a manager to see if the could do something about it .The manager if I can call him that was unhelpful, unfriendly and did not wanted to fix the issue or at least apologize for their mistake.If your system makes a mistake how is that my fault or why will you no honor the sale price that it was confirm but their system.Is truly not about the money because I still purchased the items even though I was upset.Is more about the poor costumer service of the manager and the lack of understanding as a customer how I felt about the whole situation.

Since I've gotten my card I tried a few places. This one has been my favorite, they get quality products often. Tiffany was super helpful the last time I visited. The only issue is seems like these higher quality products dissapear quickly, even if you have that item reserved. 3 times now one of the products I reserved as soon as it appeared on the website mysteriously sells out by the time I'm there to pick up my reserve. My only gripe.
