Update now the manager Justice deleted all my points for posting this review lmao. This place is a joke. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this weird clothing shop/dispensary lolThis place sucks. I’m a huge fan of collecting points and joining loyalty programs cause every so often I do a big order when I travel for work so it def pays off. After like the 7 or 8th time ordering here I noticed I had zero order history and like 8 points. I called and apparently “the system gets confused” and makes multiple accounts when you shop in store and online. They were able to merge all the accounts together but still no points. They said it takes 24 hours but now I have 23 points when I should have like 500. I have had exchanges with the manager who said they were added and still nothing. I’m not even gonna bother to ask again and just will stop shopping here all together due to the horrible customer service and a loyalty program that does not exist. Super bummed. If you are returning customer like me find somewhere else. This place is a tourist shop.

Stopped here when we were in town for a concert and the staff were seriously just amazing and super helpful, and the products were exactly what I needed and wanted. The owner even slid us a free lighter because it was windy out. They were so kind. Definitely my go to in Brooklyn from now on.

I randomly found this place and it was so chill. From staff to security, everyone was professional and welcoming.Also love their wide variety of products from accessories, strains, merch etc.The overall esthetic is earthy vibe with this chic fashion forwards ambiance overall 10/10 experience

What a cool spot! I've never been to a dispensary where they sell so many ranges of clothing, candles, fragrances and other neat items and accessories. Akeem was our budtender, and he was so nice and helpful. He told us about an additional location where there was an exhibition for an artist that they did a collab with and we ended up organically stumbling upon it the next day! We loved the atmosphere at Gotham, and it was hard to leave. With so many great options, you can't go wrong with this dispensary. I can highly recommend and will definitely return when I come back to the city.

My partner and I just had the most lovely experience we’ve likely ever had in a dispensary. Everyone was so welcoming, kind, calm, and most importantly helpful.Our bystander, Ty, was so dope. Pun intended. She actually got to know us, listened to us regarding our preferences, and made recommendations that mattered. That’s such a rare talent. We left with zero buyers remorse and feel compelled to come back and explore more options per Ty’s recommendations. I highly recommend this place if you want to experience what a premium dispensary is like. But don’t be intimidated by the word premium. There is zero elitist mentality here. Thank you, Gotham! Can’t wait to come back soon.

Very cute ambience (and they have a WC for customers which I’ve never seen). There are affordable prerolls (even some under $10). Henry made it such a straightforward, knowledgeable experience and he was so thoughtful about my budget so if you go he’ll make sure you’re taken care of—honestly the whole staff was welcoming and outgoing so I’d go back

This place is like the Saks on 5th ave of dispos. It’s very classy and as soon as you enter you are greeted by a doorman in a suit and tie (which is pretty unusual for most dispos I’ve been to) and besides there being a bit of a clothing shop, there’s also an art gallery at the top, and once again it’s very unusual for a dispo. However it really does come off as the classiest dispo I’ve ever been to and the mafia funeral I got there was pretty amazing and the bud tender’s advice for getting the Mint cones made it a great smoke.

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and made me feel at home as I casually strolled around their floor room checking out products from brands like Edie Parker, Yew Yew, and even House Plant by Seth Rogan.
