Friendly staff, good variety, good price and the atmosphere is super*** updateI used to love to go there but it seems that staffing changes and lack of product are causing a problem. When one of the employees mentioned they don't get good product at the Los Lunas store. Last time I went on my birthday I called ahead to see what specials they had, and after driving down there I was told they didn't have anything that they told me in stock. The manager spoke negatively about her employee who had served me a few weeks prior. Just all in all an unprofessional experience. Now you can't even access the website without a log in account, and they've shortened their hours of operation. I might be back, but chances are I won't. Too many other options.

The service and everything was decent but the container for my wax was cracked and when I called they said that’s kind of on me when I’m pretty sure I didn’t drop it on 7 min drive home

They just lost a customer in my medical card holding wife. We walked in as we USUALLY do and they charged her medical every time because I don’t smoke I just go in to accompany her, we walked in this time and a grossly rude lady at the desk charged her recreational just for the sole fact that I was there. I told her the STORE manager had always said it was okay and she still refused. I would highly recommend spending your money where they value customers and not their petty ways. She had also fired at us and said “well I used to be HER manager” as she is now a regular worker and has someone managing her. I’m sure she was mad and I hope she had a better day!

Visited the shoe department with my Son and Hubby yesterday evening. The Gentleman with beautiful, long, hair, was very professional and provided excellent customer service. He helped me & my Hubby both find a pair of comfortable Sketchers.Great Prices!!

My first time going here but it was amazing! The place was very nice and organized. Great customer service, i felt so welcomed. This place was way better than the other place i used to go. I got free incentives for going in and signing up with them and they have a rewards program, for every purchase you earn rewards for free stuff. Great place highly recommend.
