Dark Matter is always a warm, welcoming space filled with knowledgeable staff who always want what’s best for the customer. Joannah is literally the highlight of my visit each time. She is always so sweet, welcoming, and fun with every interaction. She constantly lifts the customers up, and spends as much time as she needs with the customer. If you’ve never been here, you definitely need to come and try and see Jo! ☺️

Only a number of budtenders are great here. My husband and I have been regular customers for a while now. Even sending numerous friends and coworkers to go there as well. After the service we’ve had these last visits I’d definitely start finding another place to go to. I can understand checking your ID but if your not going to scan it why would making a physical or a photo of your ID make a difference. The majority of the time they tell you, you can return your cartridge if anything happens to it. What they should emphasize is they won’t exchange it if it’s less than halfway. Their price on most of their product is outrageous as well. This isn’t the only place to get what need and your better off going somewhere else. I also don’t need a fake apology from the person who runs their website.

Special in every way. We brought my brother in law here for his birthday. It’s beautiful on the inside and really cool on the outside. The staff is fun and hilarious. We had the best time while we were here. Best dispensary in the NE Heights hands down. The selection is also INSANE.

They always have what I want and they have great sales as well. Just an amazing place all together. And it looks cool when you're in there. I love the spacey atmosphere.

Such a great atmosphere and the name is super cool. Customer service was excellent but would be nice to have a separate person to get the door so service is not being interrupted. Staff were very knowledgeable of product in store.

So dark matter officially won me as a regular customer not just because they have good product and good discounts. But overall the experience there with the bud tenders. It’s hard to just pick one when all of the team put so much work in to make sure that everyone has a great experience here Joanna, who helped me definitely gave me one of the best experiences I’ve had here. I’ve struggled with a lot personally and she helped me medically get everything that I needed. She was so empathetic, informative and insightful! Definitely recommend coming on Saturday when everything is discounted!!!! The staff here doesn’t look at you like a quick buck to make. They are genuinely wanting to make a better impact on everybody who walks through that door. ❤️
