The staff at the shop are awesome, and my rating has nothing to do with them! I’m rating a 2 star because on numerous occasions I placed a pre order on the website, and I got the strain and weight I paid for, but for my last order for example I ordered 14gs of a hybrid, when I look at the package, it says clear as day “INDICA”. Before that I ordered 28gs of a sativa, packaging very clearly said “HYBRID”. The website is extremely inaccurate! I would much rather spend more at other stores just to make sure I’m getting exactly what it says I’m ordering.

Informing me, which was good for daytime, nighttime and sleep. As well as dosing. The shop was well organized, inviting, with knowledgeable, warm and personable staff. I don’t understand the bad reviews, I’ve gone here since the first day it became legal in MD, they’ve always treated me with kindness & respect. Most I’ve ever had to wait was about 5 minutes. Their website states a lot of info, and they text you their deals everyday. They remember me & it always makes you feel good when you feel like you have a connection with them! They don’t try to upsell you, or talk you into anything other than what you want. I don’t go anywhere else! 10/10 recommend! 😊

This used to be my favorite dispensary until they were acquired by CULTA, and then even worse with recreational being passed. The deals and steals went from good, to not even really any cheaper than other places normal pre discount price. The medical patients were getting 25% off everything as compensation but now they dropped that to 20%. I have no reason to return here now. The only reason I give 2 stars is because the staff are all very friendly.

Always quick and amazing service at Greenhouse! You don't even have to get out of your car, just pull right up front to the curb! They have a really good parking lot for this, and I rarely see a line! They have a great menu and great deals. I always order online and my order gets filled fast. Worst online ordering system I've experienced at a dispensary. Most of the products listed on their "terp guide" are "out of stock". Then THC and terp count was wrong when I recieved my product; 5% less than what their guide says. Unfortunately I will no longer be a patient/customer here and will pass the message along to anyone I can.Update: Spoke to RYAN KINARD today. I guess he must be a quality control specialist; he is most certainly NOT a customer service specialist. Called my review a lie and was very obviously upset by the tone in his voice(which was shaky with fear the whole time). Hope you have a better day ryan. Next time say it with your chest bud.

I can't say enough about this dispensary. I run around to a lot of different dispensaries trying to save as much money as I can because I don't have a lot to work with. If I would pay better attention to the deals category throughout the week their prices are equal to or better than all the places I go to. I waste a lot of time running around cuz everything I need is right here at this dispensary, at cost. Their staff is great as well. Polite and professional, the two most important things in an employee as far as I'm concerned. Place is a hidden gem!

I was preparing to write a 5 star review for this dispensary as they really have done an amazing job during the pandemic and the prices/rewards program made it so that about a month ago I had decided I was ONLY going to Greenhouse. Still giving a couple stars here because overall things have been great. However, it is obfuscation to go ahead and change the program and notify everyone by circling on their receipt that zero points were earned and to put a second circle around the new statement on the receipt that says "Daily deals & special discounts do not qualify for reward points." I realize that businesses are struggling right now, but a lot of us are also struggling financially and to change the policy without notice is really unfair. It is especially awful because my purchase today was supposed to get me to the $100 reward and I was expecting to see it on the receipt so to see the opposite, really caught me off guard.The dispensary also had no issues in notifying me when it was no longer going to be accepting can pay and they have a mass messaging system. Additionally, this policy change effectively takes them from having the BEST rewards system to the WORST. All other dispensaries that have rewards programs do give points for sale items, it is just that when you cash in your rewards, you do not get the benefit of any sales. I am very sad about this business move/strategy and will sadly be going elsewhere.

It's been a long time, but I wasn't overly impressed. Not much you could actually browse at (security is important, but I like to try new things and won't know if I can't see them. Staff was awful uptight, but I was only there shortly after they opened. There are just too many friendly, outgoing Medical Marijuana places these days to choose from and back then their prices were higher than anyone else's. Maybe move to a lower rent location? I'm in that building for other doctor's and a regular pharmacy at least twice a month, but have never gone back in. Please remember I was there 2 years ago and things may very well have changed, so don't judge by my opinion alone!

Recently changed their reward points policy with no warning to no longer give points on sale items or be spent on sale item; coincidentally right before the biggest sale of the year. If I knew I would only be getting 200 of the 600 points I would have normally gotten, I would've gone elsewhere.Service is still good, but the reward program is scummy.

The best dispensary in Howard County, and honestly my favorite dispensary in Maryland. They’ve got the friendliest staff on the face of the planet. Incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating. I’ve gone out of my way to spend my money at Greenhouse over other dispensaries just because I honestly want to support their business. I really value Greenhouse, and I hope they continue prospering! This is by far my favorite dispensary in Howard county. I like to shop sales so I have tried all of the other places in the area which are nice, but GH consistently has good sales, the employees are super friendly and helpful and the wait is never long.

I love everything about this dispensary. Their staff is fantastic, they are not stoned out of their minds like many other dispensaries I’ve been to. They are knowledgeable and treat you like family. They have a great selection and often run specials. I no longer go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

It's been a long time, but I wasn't overly impressed. Not much you could actually browse at (security is important, but I like to try new things and won't know if I can't see them. Staff was awful uptight, but I was only there shortly after they opened. There are just too many friendly, outgoing Medical Marijuana places these days to choose from and back then their prices were higher than anyone else's. Maybe move to a lower rent location? I'm in that building for other doctor's and a regular pharmacy at least twice a month, but have never gone back in. Please remember I was there 2 years ago and things may very well have changed, so don't judge by my opinion alone!
