The best experience thanks to Tavin. My boyfriend and I visited Goldleaf on a whim and just pulling up you can tell it will be a nice experience. There were two gentleman outside of the front door with suits on to greet you. Tavin checked us in and since we had never been before, he explained the process to us. We got to browse around for maybe 5 mins before we were called back. They offered ice cold lemon water while we waited and we purchased some hip & joint chews for our dog, can’t wait to try them. Tavin also helped us when we to the back room. He was so kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient while we picked what we wanted. The experience was wonderful from start to finish. The prices were great and the products are as well. Absolutely recommend Goldleaf! Ask for Tavin!!!!!

The establishment was very clean and the check-in process was easy and straightforward even with it being a first time visit. I like that they offer cold water in the lobby and keep handlotion in the restroom. Plenty of parking along the side of the building. You can pay with a card, but there is a $3.50 surcharge. There is no tap-to-pay as of this review, it may change in the future. Yes, they accept cash. While they are a bit on the pricey side, I do recommend and will visit again in the future.

I had such a wonderful experience here at Gold Leaf. The aesthetic of the building is very classy and the lobby was very comfy and had many beautiful products to view. They even had free fruity water for refreshments. All of the staff was very nice and attentive. I was personally assisted by Tyler and he is such a lovely human being. He was very helpful and patient when we looked through different products. He educational and shared personal tips. He also took special care when handling and wrapping my purchase. I had the most amazing experience shopping at Gold Leaf Botanicals. I drove one hour and a half to go check them out, and it was all worth it. Brian and Mike made me feel welcome from the minute I got to the shop. He explained the process he uses to propagate and grow their plants and all the love and the care they put into each plant. There is a huge variety of exotic plants, some that I had not seen before. I highly recommend visiting Gold Leaf Botanicals I can’t wait to go back and purchase more plants from them. All the employees are so so nice, and understanding of me being a complete noob. (Waited til I was in my late 30’s to discover medical cannabis and start using it, lol). Immediately I was told what to expect and where I could sign in. I was signed in by Maddie and her customer service was above par. She was patient and kind when I couldn’t find my information. I watched her multitask while I waited and was in awe of how quick and efficient she was. I work in customer service so I always pay attention to names and little things. I went up to some of their squeeze specials. I was waited on by Chase, who was ever so polite. He did a fantastic job of mediating between myself and another gentleman, who thought he should be served first ( I was there first) and Chase handled it well. The name says it all. When you walk into Gold Leaf you're walking into the most luxurious dispensaries in MD. From the inside out this place screams high society. Their bud tenders know what they're doing for the most part, but online orders sometimes get mixed up so double check your product if you order for pickup. They also have pretty good deals sometimes and a good variety of product included in those deals.

The best experience thanks to Tavin. My boyfriend and I visited Goldleaf on a whim and just pulling up you can tell it will be a nice experience. There were two gentleman outside of the front door with suits on to greet you. Tavin checked us in and since we had never been before, he explained the process to us. We got to browse around for maybe 5 mins before we were called back. They offered ice cold lemon water while we waited and we purchased some hip & joint chews for our dog, can’t wait to try them. Tavin also helped us when we to the back room. He was so kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient while we picked what we wanted. The experience was wonderful from start to finish. They even had free fruity water for refreshments. All of the staff was very nice and attentive. I was personally assisted by Tyler and he is such a lovely human being. I love coming to the store as it is always an experience and the day before Halloween was not any different. I saw lots of neat things…some of them even wearing costumes. I went up to some of their squeeze specials. I was waited on by Chase, who was ever so polite. He did a fantastic job of mediating between myself and another gentleman, who thought he should be served first ( I was there first) and Chase handled it well. He did a great job of explaining the product to me, asking me about other things I have enjoyed from the store’s wide selections. Chase did a great job of making sure everything was correct with my order and then informed that I would be getting another item because of the sale……way too much fun! I sincerely want to thank Chase for his kindness and hospitality today, he is the perfect example of what a salesperson should be, Thank you Chase. I finally ordered home delivery with Gold Leaf ???? and I’m so happy that I did. The process is really easy, I looked through their product, which is quite extensive and filled out the paperwork for getting my order delivered. I was really pleased that I got an early delivery so I put what I needed by the front door and got a call from Bryan this morning. He was really sweet and helpful and answered all of my questions. Definitely loves his job and it showed. I showed him my Weed Pantry that is stocked with Gold Leaf products. I’m a huge fan of Gold Leaf and I’m never disappointed when I go or now getting delivery because whoever came up with their mission statement for the store is a genius because they have gone above and beyond any other dispensary I’ve been to.

I appreciate that they’re taking temperatures of everyone who enter the business. Jacob assisted with a curbside pickup and was completely on top of things. Could not have been a safer, more organized experience. The name says it all. When you walk into Gold Leaf you're walking into the most luxurious dispensaries in MD. From the inside out this place screams high society. Their bud tenders know what they're doing for the most part, but online orders sometimes get mixed up so double check your product if you order for pickup. They also have pretty good deals sometimes and a good variety of product included in those deals.
