Went in and asked if I would be able to redeem the birthday preroll and loyalty points in one purchase. On the app it says to wait to show the cashier. I showed him both the preroll and loyalty points offer, and he told me to press redeem for BOTH. He made me redeem my points on the app only to tell me I did something wrong because the app doesn’t work that way. Instead of taking accountability or acknowledging the miscommunication he blamed me for nothing knowing what I don’t know. Not only did the employee lack customer service skills, but they then proceeded to only add the points needed for the discount instead of the points the cashier incorrectly redeemed himself on his register.

Awesome place to get your “stuff” I love the infused pre rolls by dog walkers. I met a man named Brennan who checked me in today and told me about the sales going on for the day. I walked in and met a woman named Katie, a spunky lady who was eager to show me items catered to what I was looking for. She was knowledgeable of the strains available. I picked some dog walkers and an Beboe edible pack and I was very satisfied with my choice. I found out that this place is pet friendly and was so happy to see some saggy tails walking around. I was checked out by a very chipper woman named Kelly and she made sure I left with a huge smile for the day. The whole process was quick and efficient as these people seem like professionals in the field. I’ll be recommending every one I know to come here.

4/20 "deals" are laughable. 40 percent off gets you an 8th for 40 bucks after tax. Oh, but wait, they have 3.5 gram buckets of live resin for 90 bucks, originally 150. Even better though, you can get a half of shake for 70 bucks. I could keep going forever on so-called "deals". The fact you even market these as deals is laughable. Thanks for making me realize how grateful I am to live in Michigan where it's not all greed.
