I like going here well at least I did but lately when I purchase the Dutchess brand prepacked it hasn’t been the amount I’m paying for it has been so short that I can no longer overlook it and speaking to the associate and she found it funny that they often joke after feeling the bags that this has to be one nugget etc and how it’s often not correct and although I appreciate her honesty it’s not funny when I’m spending my money and if I want to be short I can buy off the street and they’re not shorting me.But to laugh about them knowing it’s often times not the correct weight really upset mePLEASE WEIGH YOUR PURCHASE THIS PLACE IS GETTING OVER ON USAlso so many people work there and the entry to the store is always filthy and the door so nasty , it’s a beautiful color and decorated nice but can’t no one standing around doing nothing clean the glass and vacuum the floor so when we walk in it’s clean , even the man at the desk can get off his bit and clean the door glass , how does everyone look at the mess and do nothing

I’ve been to BaM a few times and they’ve been really helpful each time. The last time I was in there, the gentleman behind the counter who helped me the first time he shopped there noticed I didn’t have all of my reward points. He added the points from the purchase I made that day and advised me to call on Monday to speak to a manager/supervisor. I called today and talked to Brianna, she was so kind and helpful. She let me know the reason the purchase didn’t show any points is because I made the purchase on WeedMaps. Brianna looked up my accounts and linked them so I will always receive my points. Their rewards program is really good as well. I’ve gotten more bang for my buck with my rewards points after only two visits than I’ve gotten at the other dispensaries I shop at on regular basis!!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. Made a purchase & once home noticed an item was marked different than what it is listed as when you place the order & on my receipt. Called & explained & I was advised that I can come in to exchange for the correct item. Upon arrival, the manager stated he could not make an exchange, but he would give me a 20% off coupon for my next purchase & he would update the website to reflect the accurate description of the item. When he returned with the 20% off coupon, I advised him that he should ensure all employees who answer the phone doesn't provide inaccurate information because, like in my case, they may have very far to drive. He rudely stated "that's a conversation between me & him." So I said, from one leader to another I'm making a suggestion so this situation can be avoided in the future. He then proceeded to tell me how I'm not supposed to feel... really??? So, again, I repeated my advise & stated that as a customer I am giving him advice. He shrugged his shoulders, shook his head & said ok. I placed the 20% coupon back on the counter, said thank you & left because I will not patronize an establishment with such poor customer service, on various levels. I'll also be sure to promote this experience with others I know who shop here.

I’ve been here a few times now and it’s been a pretty decent and pleasant experience. The last time I was there, I made an order online from my phone at around 9:30; I got confirmation for it and as I approached the counter to pick it up before 10 pm, I was told I didn’t have my order in the system and then it wasn’t on my phone as confirmed. Nonetheless, I was able to remake the order. I just want this to be made aware because of the fact that it could’ve easily been 9:59, which is there limit to when you can have an order made by.Overall, a nice place to get some herbage if you partake in such events lol.

Walked in and walked right out. The fees are very high for ATM usage and then they want to round up to the nearest 10th. One of your product is only $20 but wanted to charge 33.50 with 10$ back Just made it feel awkward and weird. I didn’t enjoy that experience so I likely won’t be returning.

I have spent a lot of money trying ALL their herbal products and I can honestly say NONE , Yes NOT ONE smokes smooth or gives you a good high.They desperately need to change product provider. All their herbs have a nasty after taste when you smoke. I have the receipts to show you too. The staff are Awesome that’s all..Don’t waste your money here if you can get if from your local…. lol.
